Hey I am Anthony :)
I love video games across all platforms, even though I only game on Xbox now, as I can barely keep up with that one platform alone.

I am still excited and fascinated about upcoming games/hardware across all platforms :)

My gamertag is anthony2690 if anyone wants to play together some time (wouldn't mind playing through halo infinite co op) or you want to play some fighting games against each other :)

I live in the UK with my partner off 5+ years, I work in retail.

& I make some great comments on neogaf over the past year :)

Been here since 2008 and have the 500 post achievement; Not sure how since I don't remember talking here that much but always lurking and taking precious precious advice on entertainment and GAF rarely lets me down. I want to try and be more active and I'm very grateful to still have my account...

The Show "From" was recommended in the "1899" thread and OMG am I happy with it... I have been craving something I like so much in years and decided you guys here are very cool (again).

My favorite games are: Elden Ring; NIOH 2, Dark Souls 3, Code Vein, Remnant: From the Ashes and Final Fantasy 12... I have played at least one PES game a day since like 2001 when I discovered ISS on PS1

Horizon, God of War, Last of us, Death Stranding and other overrated walking simulators annoy me... I like Sony enough tho and would buy anything Gran Turismo day 1 no questions and adore my PS5

I love Bayo 2 and 3... Farmed for Rodin in 3... It was brutal... I despise Xenoblade, everything looks perfect for me on paper.. I bought 1 2 and 3 and never really could get into them.... I Loove pokemon and been playing since Gen 2... Only people on my youtube notifications are poketubers... I am a little disappointed in Gen 9... I am baffled by the performance complaints... I have none; I have huge tolerance for Janky games like New Vegas.

Love Bethesda torn between steam deck and actual PC or a Series S for Starfield. I thought I was gonna skip it but I love a modder named Enai and he is moving to Starfield from Skyrim... I won't be able to resist... Yeah maybe I need a proper PC.. I had a decent one but it broke in 2016 and I was too depressed to repair it... I do have the money to replace it but I haven't felt the need as the only game I feel like Im missing out on is Lost Ark(I have at least 6 thousand hours in path of exile) since my favorite steamer Cutedog_ moved to it... all I have is a work laptop... Lost Ark cannot install because of anti cheat despite me illegally bypassing the need for Admin password and running steam to play POE.

Just some rambling... I'll try to speak more and make friends here as I am very depressed

At long last, after roughly six years of being a NeoGAF member, I've decided to post something. My name is Wesley and I'm from Western Kentucky. There I'm employed by a public library where I serve as an IT person and adult programmer. I love action RPGs and adventure games. Monkey Island is my favorite series of all time. Please don't hate me for that.

I was a writer for Geek Magazine, Buzzgrinder, and ran Insulinfunk. I also was a co-host of the Joystiq.com Podcast Appreciation Group Podcast, a weird meta thing some of us did back in the day. The Joystiq guys actually let us host a Christmas special installment of their show and it was a trainwreck that 99.5% of all listeners hated. If you caught that, my apologies. I first heard of NeoGAF through GFW Radio and my membership was approved after several tries. Then I forgot about it for a long time.

I'm actually a returning member who was here over a decade with a fairly inactive account I couldn't remember or log into (lost my credentials and had changed email since then), so I've created a new account. This time hopefully to contribute and participate more than to lurk.

A bit late but also Happy New year to all, and hopefully 2023 is going to rock. Game hard everyone! :)

Ive been a visitor on here for quite some time now, I can say it's been a great experience, had lots of laughs and gained lots of knowledge. Glad to be a Neophyte.
Of all the games I've played, there are a couple that must be mentioned for their greatness: Read dead redemption 2, Elden Ring, Metro Exodus, GTA series, The Witcher, Portal 2, God of war, Horizon, Dark souls, Cyberpunk (which got better after updates) and Devil may cry.
I also love my racing games: NFS(Need for speed) and Forza.
As most of my gaming is done on PC, (don't have a PS or Xbox) I'm unable to enjoy some epic games like The last of us and death stranding.

Games aside, I'm a software engineer and freelance web developer.
Yea, glad to be here once again, wish you all a great year ahead. ᕙ⁠(⁠⇀⁠‸⁠↼⁠‶⁠)⁠ᕗ

I'm happy GAF has stuck around through the prior turbulence. I'm as troubled as just about everyone else. I enjoy the dialogue that is possible in both the gaming and off-topic forums and considers this a wonderful community most of the time.

The moderators have an opportunity to show leadership, and I think it is entirely appropriate for them to step up in the face of an unanticipated crisis and clean the mess up. I believe this is something GAF did not do previously and I think they owe it to themselves to clean it up to maintain their status.

Here to indulge in gaming discussion like everyone else. It's tough to make me upset and I try to see the good in things even if the brightsides are hard to glimpse.
