I omitted Redfall to focus on the overwhelming majority and not the minority, seems fair.

Sony literally released a trailer looking at the games coming this year, yet my take is clueless? Considering Sony's complete domination this gen I'd argue you are the clueless one.

Forza doesnt attract new customers neither does Minecraft. No1 is denying thier popularity, you're shouting at clouds taking from my comments what you want.

Imagine calling this clueless having just watched the (currently winning) competition do just that.

I swear Xbox has gone from one extreme to another.
Previously people were calling them out for setting expectations too high.
Now, comparatively speaking, their social media announcements for this event/stream whatever basically read like:

"Hey folks we'll be running a stream to talk about games we've already announced. It won't be interesting at all and there will be no surprises... see you there can't wait!!!!!!"

Forza motorsport will do incredible numbers in game pass. With 30 million game pass users. I think turn ten will continue to update fm throughout this entire generation and just add content over time.

I'm genuinely confused as to how people have come to the conclusion that Redfall is a L4D clone, from all the gameplay shown, it clearly looks like a FPS game with RPG mechanics, with optional drop in/drop out co op.

(Far Cry & Borderlands would probably be better comparisons, as they also offer optional drop in/drop out co op & are fps games with RPG mechanics)

Prefer Forza myself as well but its close.
I find the Racing again the AI in GT to be incredibly dull, although it comes to life if you get a decent lobby of real players. The AI in Forza is miles better imo.
GT has the edge on handling and car "feel" presently, although that could change with this reboot. I also find both FM7 and GT7 lacking in the campaign department, again hopefully something that is addressed in the new Forza. Lots off room for improvement in both basically.

Not really. Horizon destroyed F7 in popularity. I’m curious if they even manage to get close to GT7 online mode, since the online mode is very strong in GT7.

Horizon isn't for me, the campaign in that lacks any kind of focus and the you just seem to go through the motions. Great chill out game but in no way a serious competitor to either GT7 or the mainline Forza games.

FM7 kinda sucked imo it just never really clicked for me like previous entries.

I know what you are referring to. Jez said in a recent podcast that he had insider info that Redfall would release May 2nd and Starfield in June, but he didn't have any insider info on an exact release date for Forza Motorsport. Turn 10 is probably just saving the info for the show and wasn't "leaking" it out to the press.

I just found out through a friend of a friend that this is opening with a musical performance, NWA's classic "F*** Tha Police" is to be performed in a disco style featuring Nile Rodgers. The incendiary lyrics changed to "F*** Tha FTC" at the climax of the song, Phil Spencer will present Bobby Kotick with a giant cheque for Seventy Billion dollars (US). Kotick will then produce a small cheque book and attempt to write out a cheque to give Spencer his change.
