It's inter-leaving, I turned that off too and I noticed a fair amount of difference in my ping, and it made my games generally a lot more consistent imo.

It's called a slackline where I'm from. You can strap it between two trees and learn how to tightrope walk and shit. It takes a lot of practice to even walk from one end to the other...like an entire summer. I couldn't imagine doing the shit he did.

Opinion on reticule bloom.
It was poorly implemented, but I can see why Bungie wanted it. It was supposed to heavily limit the role of precision weapons without completely nerfing them, but it failed in its purpose and became nothing more than an annoyance.
Opinion on Armor Abilities and the one you usually end up picking.
I usually use Sprint or Active Camo. I like the idea, but Armor Lock should have been something like "Armor Snap" where it just goes through the animation cycle. No holding it. That way if you perfectly timed its use you could still block an explosion or a vehicle but you couldn't soak an entire AR mag. Jetpack should have been a jump jet sort of thing (like the enemies use in campaign) instead of a floaty murder maker.
Why are you a Halo fan?
It's been my favorite game since I was eight. I love the gameplay, the fiction, and even some of the community. I've made some great memories these last ten years. I'm looking forward to making more.

I actualy really liked The Flood. I think if Dietz had been given a task other than retelling a very linear and highly repetitive gameplay experience, we'd have gotten even more from him.
The Mass Effect issues are pretty egregious, though. That's just poor QC on the part of Bioware.
