Weekend Warrior, good job! Off the top of my head I notice quite a few missing pieces, but that really if you add everything it's just going to get messy. But in case it heals anyone, a few notable weapons left out:

Stalker Missiles: One on top of the left wing of each school (from perspective of the football fields). One in the corner of each movie theater room. Also one in the allies in the center of the map and one inside of the fire department.

Sniper Rifle: One on top of the right wing of each school (same perspective) One on top of the roof of City Hall, there's a ramp to get up there in the hills behind the satellites. One in the allies in the center of the map.

Power Missile: One in the gas station you see at the end of the left exit of the mansion drive way (using perspective of the map given). One on top of City Hall

Mega Gun: On top of the roof of City Hall. Also on the steps at the entrance of each school.

They were showing off Team Hunted during PAX last year, so just search for those videos. Though you'll probably just find people looking to get the hang of it rather than playing the objective since it they only got a brief hands on time.

I'm sure glad my computer crapped out as I was forced to reluctantly download the demo out of boredom.

That reluctance turned into pure joy as I played it for the subsequent 5 hours. Most pure fun I've had playing a game in quite a while. Having never played a TM game before, I obviously can't compare/contrast to the previous incarnations to inform my opinion, but man, sogood.gif.

For what it's worth, preordering a game in advance that you know you're going to buy is quite beneficial to the developer/publisher in most situations. It can spur retailer's buying decisions. If you want to support a game, it's a small way of helping out.

Hm, anyone have anymore gameplay of Hunted?

Hunted and Nuke are the only real interesting modes, right, aside from standard DM variants like LMS?

I'd love to see:

1) a classic Capture the Leader/Flag mode (Team Objective)

Simply take a leader from point a to point b, should keep players on their toes

2) maybe a Conquest/Domination mode? (Team Objective)

Capture and hold multiple flag points, perhaps the more you hold, the more you drain the shield on the enemy statue, and once the shield is down you can push into the enemy base where you can launch a nuke or something

3) OMG!!! A Virus/zombies mode a la Timesplitters!! (FFA)

Ram an opponent to catch them on fire and switch to offense mode, last man standing and for how long wins > Weapons do no damage, you must simply ram and use teamwork

4) How about an Oddball mode? (FFA/Team)

The team/player (in FFA) has to hold on to a sole flag/leader, and the person who holds the objective for the longest time after a set time wins

I hope we can see more interesting modes like that

They have always said you get Axel from preordering anywhere. It is also listed on amazon. And for people not preordering, I think they said he could be unlocked in the single player something like a month after the game comes out. So its basically a timed bonus.

Yup everyone who preorders gets Axel. Gamestop will probably print out the code and Amazon will email theirs within 2 days of release. Amazon I find though usually gets it emailed within a day though. At least for those I've preordered they have.

You can. Online passes activate the account and the console used to redeem to code, so you can play online with any account that you have on your console.

I've had two people try the demo out, and both of them have really enjoyed it, and without me pushing the game, I don't think they would have even known about it or had been interested. Now I think both of them will wind up buying it, at least I hope!

Most people in my circle are actually sans-PS3, so there's that too unfortunately.

I feel like this game will be flying under the radar hardcore, which is unfortunate, because I feel it has that 'something special'/mojo to become a big success and resonate with people, hardcore TM fans or not.

Well I think Sony really doesn't make a big effort to advertise their games. There could very well be a large group of people burnt out on the 3rd person/First Person genre and might want something fresh with a different pace. Twisted Metal 1&2 as well as Black sold well. I would hope this Twisted Metal would do equal or even better.

I do have a feeling that Twisted Metal "might" be a sleeper hit. Like Dead Space or Borderlands. A game that wasn't given a lot of attention but turned out really well and worth the money/time of the consumer.

The mutliplayer demo is so damn addicting and its just one map with 7 vehicles to choose from. Imagine how addicting the full package will be. I have done my part to try and spread the word amongst my PSN friends list. So far I have a few I have convinced to check it out.

I fell in love with head shots when I first playing RE4 and now I have fallen in love with it all over again. That feel of cooking your sniper and keeping the aim on the vehicle just waiting for the close up to happen... *breaths in* MAGNIFICENT!

It sold me because I've been persistent with it, but I'd imagine the fact that the thing was basically fucked on launch and still is sketchy is turning a lot of people off, even if they extend the demo and the game is fine on day one. :\

I was playing some nuke and one of the enemy leaders was in a location that I couldn't reach. It was on the hills near the satellite towers. I got there with the talon, but I have no idea how to do the same with other vehicles. Any suggestions how to get up there?

When the telescope is destroyed it will fall down on the side with the hospital+casino.

That broken telescope will then make a ramp up the hill and you can get up there. I don't know if the same is true for the other side.

Just shoot either of the giant satellite dishes and it'll form a ramp to get up to the hill. There's going to be a lot of stuff like this throughout the levels, you're going to see a faction leader is some unreachable place and you'll have to figure out what to blow up to help you get there.

And yes, training mode takes place in Watkins Harbour, kind of neat just to explore but unfortunately you can't play there with AI or real people until the full game.

In all honesty you are the best player I have run into randomly since demo launched. Most people are pretty mindless but you had a head on ur shoulders.
