Another meetup on the 18th? I actually needed to fly back to NY for a while to help with some family matters again (these coop board idiots just rejected my mom's application on specious grounds after I got it all set up last month...), but it turns out I'm still in LA right now (cancelled my flight for...various reasons ;b ), hrm, we'll have to see what my schedule's like, might be in town during this.

Thurs, huh..? Very tempting. My sister (who I partially flew out here for) would be very angry with me, though. Any other time I'd love to. SF has great beerage!

Yeah I gathered that you wouldn't be around for the 18th. NYC GAF neglected to take me up on the meetup offer when I was there last month, but I won't hold it against them! Maybe! Bartenders and restaurant owners city wide will be lamenting the absence of the girl with the fairy tapewormmother, though ;b

Oh, CT? Yeah, I actually moved to Austin from CT. So benign and pleasant and horribly uninteresting to live in, needed to move on to city life.

Is it...dark beer?? ;b

Ehhh I don't feel so great. My nose is stuffed, got a little headache and my neck is killing me. Slept on my cousin's floor. :/

So now that I'm sober I figured I would give my thoughts on last night. Btw just so everyone knows I was the big and tall obnoxiously loud guy. Anywho, last night was a blast. I had so much fun man. Props to Jason for picking that bar, nice place. Raul at the bar was cool as hell. Everyone seemed like they were in a good mood, having fun, getting drunk. Made for a good atmosphere.

It was also fun walking around with the group goin in and out of like 6 different places to just piss hahaha. In case you were wondering where my cousin and I disappeared to....we spotted a McDonalds and go hungry. We were completely split from then on in. Food was good lol, much needed. Then we went waiting for the M train but it never came. We waited for almost an hour. Very boring and sobering lol. Then we said fuck it and took a cab back to LaGuardia college. Then we started climbing some scaffolding. Lol that was fun. Then we got picked up, ate some more and I fell knocked out hahaha.

I'm not sure if I'll make it out on Saturday but thanks for all the good times.

Also any GAF posts, texts or calls I made were done completely trashed and let's just hope I didn't say anything too dumb.

Yeah. I have to split the vacation between my CT and NY family. My sister is on the CT side and already pissed that I'm here longer than I will be visiting her. What can I say, though? As you well know NY > CT by leagues. And I'm sure the food purveyors of this fine city will miss my relentless appetite/tapeworm. (I checked this morn and I lost a pound somewhere between the burgers, beer and tequila. ^_-)

As for the dark beer, CT does have a few good places on offer. They've got to have something to make it tolerable, right? Where in CT were you before Austin?
