I had no clue that it had shipped, it still says processing and they never replied to my cancel emails. My doorman accepted the package and my damn brother opened it figuring it was something else. They are giving me a $60 promo credit to make up for the Tiger Direct error, but only if I buy the 32gb card from them.

I had previously bought the 4gb card from them prior to today's bundled deal. They gave me a $20 credit to make up the difference

While on the phone w/ them I switched my wi-fi order to include the 4gb card so I'm getting a second one of those for free as well.

Final cost for my Vita is $150

I'm not really sure what I can do since I used paypal on buy.com. I contacted paypal though to help make this hopefully go faster since Tiger seems slow at email replies.

Tiger/Buy.com cant offer me anything since I have no desire to purchase from them again, I don't want store credit from them since I don't trust anyone to take care of me, but amazon now lol. I'm glad though that their warehouse is in NJ since I'm in NY... the process will go faster of them getting the return and processing it.

I contacted PayPal yesterday and buy.com responded to PayPal about how I have to contact tiger by email directly since it was a Marketplace order, but before I could even respond back and tell them I have twice since since I received the item and they wont respond to my emails.... Buy.com escalated it to claim and I cant comment back and PayPal has up till March 21st to review the order and decide.

Tiger wants you to leave a giant sign on your door telling UPS to not deliver it if you're at work or not home. You wont be able to just take it to the UPS store. That's what Tiger told me in my only email reply I got back from them.

They won't reply back to me about how to return it or if they will refund the shipping cost... which they should have to.

This whole thing is starting to stink badly. Shady as shit Tiger is.

The end result for me was a $10 credit in my favor, and the charge on my card removed. Had to get on the phone with Amazon, but they were very good customer service wise (like always). Tiger, like always, was and is terrible.

Yea I did it seems. Though I got an email finally from Tiger and they're sending me a pre-paid ups label and I should have it in 24-48 hours. Told me to email them back that I sent it and they will refund me before they get it. I closed the claim on Paypal.

I didnt care about getting an extra $20 credit or anything, just wanted my refund and as long as I get this label it will work out.
