That KyleJ guy sucks, drop him down a few tiers. Hes only good for calling in UAV's, wont be helpful in Halo at all.
Who are team captains out of sheer curiosity, going to be fun seeing the teams.

According to Bungie.net. I know it's more than likely wrong, but I didn't really do too much with the stat. Although the fact that you play a lot of Multi Team means something.

No it's just weird since I started avoiding it due to the TU/Rocket Hog Race being voted in a long time ago. I must have put most of the games in during launch when it was 2-man teams.
Tier 2. Haha if you want, I can lower it.

H3 rocket race was amazing. Loved the playlist. Shame reach physics made it suck. Reach physics ruined grifball too

I volunteer to be moved from Tier 2 to Tier 1 to even up the teams.
I will:
1) Have a terrible connection that throws the game off for everyone, including some host migration changes.
2) Have a DMR that either fires pieces of popcorn that do no damage, or be an unstoppable beast that cannot be killed due to latency
3) Not take orders from the Team Captain or really listen to anyone at all, whilst talking to my wife and/or dog during gameplay
4) Randomly leave to go urinate depending on how much soda I have consumed
5) Be an excellent source of entertainment for the inevitable montage of failures.

Don't even give a shit. The launches were the best part. Can't launch too well in Reach
You're going to be in a room with players from all over the world... there will be lag.

So how does this system work now? Why did you split everyone in Tiers? So that teams are balanced? One team contains of Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 players.

the rematch should be camo pistols on forgeworld, 5% speed, elimination, and random death barriers all over the map. neutral banshee in the middle.
this is literally the worst thing i could imagine.
I haven't had much problems playing with international guys.
