Probably been suggested already but a Valve-related character could be neat. It would probably be Portal related due to Portal 2 being the big game Sony introduced PS3-specific Steam accounts, so either Chell (easy enough to make a unique portal-based moveset) or GLaDOS, the latter of which would obviously be unwieldy as hell but if made to work the humor factor alone would be worth it. Otherwise all nine TF2 classes mixed into one character slot would also be a unique twist on the 'transformation' type characters Smash has.

I can also play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 on my PS3, and Call of Duty: Road to Victory on my PSP right now but that doesn't mean CoD would make sense in this game.

I'm starting to think that there are way too many 20-something year old amateurs working on this game. Only they would pull off such a travesty as to fuck up a character's face like that. Where all the veterans at? Seems to me that Sony picked SuperBot as their budget studio and got a bunch of newbs fresh out of Digipen.

Awesome. Love those supers, some of the coolest I've seen so far. My only complaint is that Light Jak doesn't usually blast energy from his hands. At least not since the first J&D. Or maybe I'm mistaken, I still need to get around to playing Jak 3 HD.

I guess this is the part where it helps that I haven't played a Jak game yet since they look fine to me.

First time I've actually went ahead and watched extended gameplay footage. Can't say I agree with anyone saying it's slow. Looks hectic to me. Sound effects could be improved though.

Cole looks like he'll be a beast. I'm sure I'll use him a lot

This is a debug copy so several sounds have been disabled, but even in the normal version, most characters are pretty silent.

It's a shame that the level doesn't get extended after Chop Chop breaks the walls down, it looks really strange how everyone is stopped by an invisible wall.

Ah I see. Never played Killzone 1, only 2 and 3.

Yet to play a Ratchet game, but just bought the HD Collection

Haven't played Wipeout since the PS1 days, couldn't get into Resistance and didn't play Mark of Kri.

Both games are really awesome, think Disney-esque designs and production values but very violent. Don Bluth and his team worked on these iirc.

I really hope you can make the timer more than three minutes. It just doesn't seem long enogh. I think 5 min sounds better as a standard and maybe 10 min as a long match.

It's been a long time since I've beaten Jak and Daxter, but doesn't Jak turn into light Jak in the final cutscene or something?

Part of the reason for making a game like this is to celebrate the history of Playstation. Ideally it would do well and also help give exposure to plenty of their characters/IP's. Does anyone find the latter has actually affected them?

I mean rewind a few months and I had never played a Sly, Jak or Ratchet game. I've always been curious but never jumped in. I think Sly 1 was offered on PS+. I gave it a shot and found I quite enjoyed it.

I've since bought the Sly Collection and am playing (and enjoying) Sly 2. I've also bought the Jak and Ratchet Collection as well. A lot of the games listed in this topic I haven't played in previous gens have gotten me quite curious as well
