I enjoy Kylej's posts (no sarcasm) regarding the games direction and I do understand his skepticism, which for the most part is very healthy for the game and the community. However, I do understand what Computron is saying.

I remember when he disregarded some of Wu's thoughts regarding the NY event because Wu isn't a "pro" player. That probably wasn't the term that was used, but you get the idea.

There was also the time when I talked about my thoughts regarding AAs and armor mods in Halo 4, the response was pretty much questioning my judgment because "I enjoy being invited to developer parties". I didn't take offense to it, but there is discussion to be had regarding those mechanics and my opinions if discussion about Halo is of that much concern.

Sometimes I feel that it isn't debate that is wanted, rather, I agree with you and here is an interesting response, welcome to the club OR I don't agree with you and therefore what you say has no merit. To be fair, this is a feeling that I get from a few users here, not just Kylej.

At the end of the day it isn't that big of a deal, but I thought I'd just put that out there.

Oh for sure, when it wants to be. Got caught in the middle of a divorce is all. Had a new baby take away all its attention a year earlier than its older siblings too. Still better than the vast majority of games this gen.

We still got the skull didn't we...


EDIT: I wish we had captured that.

We somehow managed to stop any enemies/vehicle spawns and broke the checkpoint system when playing Halo CEA on Two Betrayals. Determined to get the skull on the ice shelf above the underground tunnels, we powered through an empty map and grenade jumped our way to victory. A moment hold in high regard. Reminiscent of the old school Halo days.

Also, the trees up there literally hover above the ground. OH! And the spinning weapons getting stuck in the geometry?! Awesome times.

and on Silent Cartographer when you have to get to the pelican at the end of the level and "Rock in a Hard Place" comes on. Trying to get that par time achievement and your ass managed to jump over the sword elite because we had no grenades or ammo ("Now way...YES YES YES") and haul ass towards the exit only to be thwarted by invis elites ("SOB"). Meanwhile I'm waiting in the respawn screen laughing my ass off.

Better times are rarely had. Don't forget the randomly exploding warthog during the escape run.

Biggy and ExWife's recount made me think of mine and Tuna's legendary run through of the game. The Library can be a WHOLE lot of fun with the right crew. That level gets thrown under the rug way too often!

Been driving all day but things of note: Computron's meltdown was excellent today and I'm going to see Batman for a third time in an hour.

I'm an excited boy!

Hey Tawpgun: if you get a bad checkpoint in a halo game, die 5 times fast and it will take you to your previous checkpoint.

Also, I just saw batman for the second time. I was able to understand bane's lines!

I was just looking at Bane's wiki page:

Eventually, Bane resurfaces in Santa Prisca and leads the country to democratic elections. Upon discovering that the elections were rigged by Computron, he uses his influence to enforce martial law, plunging the country into a civil war.
