A50 is wireless and has Mixamp in the headset, wireless A40s I believe you have to clamp the wireless transmitter on your belt or something. The A50s also have slightly better sound quality, but not much. A50 you can't customize the speaker tag or remove the boom.



No they aren't. ;) They are similar overall, but different. A50 came out this summer and are a new model. I'm sure they share parts, but yeah.

Hmm. Good to know. The tags and white A40s are awesome, but the built in mix amp sounds fantastic.

Has there ever been an explanation as to why BPR was introduced on Waypoint?

I had bets w/ friends months ago that it was going to evolve for H4- although I'd be disappointed since it requires very loose matchmaking for it to function.

Haven't played Reach in what feels like a while and boy does it feel good. Much less rage in my veins and only 9 days until BL2.

Same, just started getting back into Reach MP after about 9 months off. What is the preferred playlist these days? Evolved? Anniversary?

I just ran into a modder in match making. I was playing BTB and the kid had modded his speed to move insanely fast and his pistol was a one hit kill. I looked at his tool of destruction at the end of the game and it was a gauss turret. There's no gauss turret on Asphalt.

He had modded his pistol into a gauss turret.

We still won some how lol.

He also modded the damage for everyone for a little because my DMR killed in one shot at one point. I've never seen this before on Reach so it was really surprising.

Did you save the film? That seems like it'd be fun to watch. Never heard of anything like that before on Halo.

The player who is modding is named TabbyAmoeba7617

He starts using his gauss pistol at around 1:48 into the film when he shoots a warthog with it and gets a double kill with one shot. He definitely tinkers more with his mods as it goes along I'm watching the whole thing now. He also seems to have unlimited ammo so he just spams it and gets kills. He gets a killtac at one point.

Sounds like he just misses the Halo 1 pistol.
