I just googled it based on Shadders post, looks like an art book/ comic book. Looks good - but theres like no information about it at all except for the fact that it seems like it got delivered in a briefcase to journalists.

It was a little brief history of Halo book that came with the press edition of Halo Reach.

I'm still guessing it's not going to have as many of those segments in the final product, though. I dunno why they feel like they have to include them for the press in the first place.

I wonder if they'll make it possible to buy the other weapon skins in the future since there's no real way to get them all without spending a fortune.

American Gamestop only got the armor skin as a bonus. The weapon skin was not announced as a bonus (until now)

Oh, well at least we now know how Americans can get the skin.. Still, all this exclusive stuff is BS. Not as BS as the LE Wargames Map Pass, but still pretty much pure BS.
Yeah, I believe so since they are classified as separate weapons it seems.

I still think that's silly to make them individual weapons. What if they decide to release skins as DLC? That'll just make the list unnecessarily large..
That being said, am I the only one who doesn't really like any of the skins (aside from the arctic BR/AR)? Definitely going with the originals.

Wait, so when the pre-order bonuses for each retailer were revealed, GameStop said they would have the Artic skin for the BR. Now they're putting it up to a vote so there's a chance they won't give that skin? That's the only reason I pre-ordered it at GameStop!

Gamestop in the United States never had it as part of the pre-order, only international sites like EB Canada, Australia, et cetera.
You can vote for it daily, with multiple e-mail addresses.

I'm still confused. So is there any way I can get both the Recruit armor and the other two helmets (Scanner and the whatever) on launch day without buying an LE copy and the Map Pass off XBL?
Tangent. I'm starting the bulk of the Halo 4 OT work in the next few weeks. And the part I'm dreading the most is rounding up all the pre-order stuff. I might just plain skip that part; there's just too damn much of it.
