The Black Culture Thread |OT2|

The hey there racists thread got me thinking about the bus fight from a few years ago its epic beard man. For those that were here, was there as much racist and subtle racist comments like every other forum?

It's also funny because when they were interviewed after, the black guy was pretty well spoken and admitted his fuck up whilst the old man was crazy as fuck. I'll always remember one guy who pretty much said "he doesn't really talk like that, he's faking! He's a nigger"

yeah it was pretty bad, which amused me when it turned out the internet bad ass everyone loved so much was a crazy violent dude.

Swartz Peter guy is what happens when you have white people distanced from any kind of diversity for a long period of time. I don't genuinely think arguing against having blackface for their historically, racially motivated mascot is just Americans wanting to push their views on another country, but it's futile to argue. If that's how they want to play things there is little to do besides disagree. Hopefully such things get phased out in future generations.

Yeah that is why I love these threads. You see the folks that are racist, ignorant, or just haven't seen pass their basement.

All I'm gonna say is look at threads about white people being violent, and threads about black people being violent, and take notice of the relative frequency of words like "savage".

Most of GAF was more focused on one of the girls on the bus.

I was about to hate you, for real, but then I realized you're probably sharing all of that with 7 other hungry dudes. Yep.

Obama's America.

Oops, did I just shit up the thread?

The funny thing is, he's done a lot to try to bring this country together. And he's done it mostly from the middle, just for the benefit of his opponents. And it remains unappreciated as anything but a weakness. That kind of thing will only get you appreciated after you're dead. I hope he has learned that lesson.

Stovetop mac and cheese its cheesy all around, not just on the top!

they just made it wrong. you're supposed to layer the cheese and mac...

top layer of cheese (comes out golden brown after baking)
layer of mac
layer of cheese
layer of mac
layer of cheese
layer of mac

in a shallower pan, you may only fit 2 layers

also, the pros also mix in cheese with the mac before the layering process

FullTimeStruggle, I think we need an intervention

I don't want to eat at yo place for Thanksgiving. Got a full platter of sugary grits, KFC buckets, and struggle dogs

i see proper condiments there...

it's only REALLY a struggle dog if you have to use the fast food packets of ketchup that are somewhere deep in the fridge and you gotta dig and hunt for them and make sure they're still good (they are, those things last for YEARS)

See that is too much work when I can just heat up the stove and pour the ingredients in

Damn I can take the struggle dogs, but KFC? Nah man nah

I once had a struggle dog using cinnamon raisin bread and mustard, wasn't THAT bad

I wear my hair a few centimeters long, even, in a wave cut. It's naturally curly. I don't actually know whether that information applies to my imminent question, but whatever: would any of you recommend cutting your own hair? I need a cut about twice a month, and it adds up. I figure I could make one solid purchase, and the clippers would pay for themselves in less than two months. But, all my life I grew up, it was considered a taboo to cut your own hair. It was compared to a doctor diagnosing and treating himself. The barber-person relationship is considered a sacred one.

What say you?

Go ahead. The only difficult part is the line up.
