Wei Shen from Sleeping Dogs. He's not particularly insightful or has deep development, but his role in the game's grand scheme leaves you really sympathetic to his struggle. It's pretty painful in some respects. On the flip side though he's very fun and self aware. Voice actor did a great job.

Nope, I also think it was horribly localized and feels dumbed down into really bad kid-jokes territory especially Pit himself feels dumbed down. I really wonder what the characters in the original Japanese version are like because from what I can tell they seem a lot cooler.
