I have a couch that fits inside of my closet and a monitor and keyboard that sits on a computer chair. It is a very strange setup but it is very cozy, comfortable, and it works. Also I never actually sit on the couch ( it's for friends ) I sit on the floor.

Apologies on the quality of this pic also.

Why do you have a Hot sauce collection in your room?

Easy access. I eat at my desk and they are at arm's length. Plus, cheap sauce in glass bottles are always fun to look at. My kitchen is tiny and just for prep. I've got a sink, counter-space, induction burner, fridge and small pantry, and that is it. There is no dining table.

Hey, Panasonic Q. You don't see those often.

lol - Giant Revel 0

I have the Crank Bros Candy 2 pedals on it, but I broke my ankle real bad back in June - so I might not be doing any mountain biking when Spring comes back around (after a lot of PT I can jog, but sprinting is real hard and I just don't have great burst from those muscles yet - I wouldn't trust the ankle on our local IMBA trails at this point). Might buy a road bike since that's where I'll likely spend most my time.

Bummer man, sorry to hear about the ankle. Hopefully a solid recovery, enjoy the road in the mean time!

Yes Boss, I keep pestering you on Instagram but I´ll continue here. When I grow up, I want to be just like you, I want mostly everything in your game collection and your setup looks cozy as hell, I´d never like to leave such a place! Good stuff all around.

Drunk and decided to convert my little small closet into a Dreamcast setup. Had an old CRT sitting outside in the weather for two week. Brought t in. Will post pics shortly!

Decided to make my little closet into a Saturn vertical closet instead. I have a couple Dreamcasts but only a few games, mostly horizontal, so I went with Saturn instead.

TV has enough space to go horizontal quick enough...about 1/3 of my games are horizontal. Extra DC is there for Mars Matrix and stuff.

Little space as you enter. Who would think a game room here?!):

Take a step in and you see my cool controller with adapter, the two systems, and some of my handhelds:

Actual TV. So the story behind this big CRT is neat. Two years ago I found it in a dumpster in Germany and saved it by taking it up to my room. 6 months ago a coworker was in my room and told me he threw it out and that he bought it a few years ago in Korea. Needless to say, I threw it in with my stuff when I moved to the US. So now it is a little retro Display that has been in many continents, I like that:

Keep in mind this liitle gameroom is in about 20 square feet. I love it!

Cozy. These days I'm using the same stick with my Saturn. Looking to swap the parts to blue Seimitsu for a fake HRAP SE.

My big thing is the stick...want that to be seimitsu since this does not get used for anything other than shooters. I prefer sanwa buttons, so those would stay but I'd like a seimitsu stick in there. I've not opened it up but I'm guessing an LS-32 and a small solder job. I also brought back a few other PS1 sticks so I'll try those out. The Totatek thing seems to be working awesome, though.

I remember looking up a tutorial and if you use the LS-32-01 it's a solderless operation. At least it's that way with the vanilla HRAP2 (non-SA). Looks like the pics are offline unfortunately.

Taken from atop a chair in my kitchen. Notice the corner to the right of the TV, void of anything.

Picture from said corner. New furniture 95% likely to have it's corner piece here.

Took photos of the room because we just bought this sectional to fill a seating void.
This isn't the exact layout we bought, but close. We didn't get the big piece on the right, but instead added another full seat on the left side and ended the right with a normal reclining seat.

Won't receive the new furniture for a few weeks. With the center seat likely going into the corner of the room, right of the TV's current spot, the sides will extend against the walls. We're thinking the entertainment stand and TV will go where our media shelving is currently. Will probably switch to wall mounting the TV, and definitely want a new entertainment stand underneath it.

Will probably having pictures of the new setup in 2013 thread, but who knows.

Still waiting on new furniture and a new 55" TV, but moved cable outlet and installed the wall mount. A new entertainment stand as well already present in this picture.

can anyone help me out, im trying to look for a tv stand/entertainment center that can act as a computer desk for a laptop. it needs to be able to go into a corner too. Do these exist or should i just go with a decent sized corner computer desk or workstation. thanks

Looks awesome Yes Boss! Some of your handhelds? How many do you own, I only have a 3DS and a Vita.

Also great what you've done with such a relative small room, nicely done. Love all the arcade stuff. I'll try to find the time this week to take pics of my living room/setup and arcade stuff.

About 10 here. I've got another dozen or so in CA, mostly just DS lites. Here is this gameroom I've got three DSi, two PSPs, Go, GBC, Wonderswan Crystal, and extra iTouch for Cave game (exept DDP Maximum), Micro, GBA. And three 3DSs and a Vita. I also have a fourth j-3DS, what I dub the "Kokuga Player," but it is also still in CA.

No real room for the media stand..not sure what I'll do with all our movies. Might just store it in the basement, I dunno.

No it doesnt. I asked about the 2012 tv stand, i believe you asked about the 2013 one he got in the picture.
Sorry! You're right.

Nowhere as glam as some of you, but it's my little quiet space:

About time to upgrade the TV, and I am pretty proud of my poster/prints. A couple not pictured because they are in the corner where I tossed everything to make the pictures I took look tidy :D

I've been meaning to post in here since I moved into my new apartment. Here's where I do most of my 360/PS3 gaming (holiday edition!).

I love a lot of the setups in this thread. Great source of inspiration.

Hey what's the build quality like on that? I see it on sale here on amazon.ca for 200. Is it better than ikea, per say?
Yea. We have a few ikea items in the house. I'd say this is far more solid. You do have to assemble it but its simple and just feels real stable.
My only worry was it arriving broken since 2 of boards are 60". Once I opened and checked it out, I wasn't too worried due to good reviews on it. The glass windows are much easier put into place with 2 people though - otherwise no issues with it.
