That's good. I'm still junior

HDMI out?
HDMI in?
Combined peak bandwidth sounds tasty. Takes the edge off of that 70 GB/s.
What?
Does it mean what I think it means?
Well I'll let the experts dissect it...I don't know if this is good news or not!
Nothing about Gandalf chip? 'Move chip', that is?.
We will give more detailed information about each component in future articles.

Damn, I knew I was confused ... xD Then let me add: HDMI in?
Edit: So what the hell is it now.. It has to be OUT to send data from the console to a TV right? So the OUT should not be the thing we need to be surprised about but the HDMI IN, right? xD

Off course not.
so you can have access to your cable box with an overlay ingame. Though I wonder if you could hook a PS4 to it instead, lol. Talk about inception.
also, I thought someone was making a thread for this?
Now that I am reading it, I see what they are saying, the GPU can be grabbing data from both the esram at the same time as the main ram, is that not possible in the 360 architecture? And I am going to go out on a limb and say that the Move component is sitting there managing this stuff.
Gemüsepizza;46702014 said:It's "peak" bandwidth. That means probably that for certain tasks which can fit in those 32 MB ESRAM, the bandwidth will be 170 GB/s. But for most tasks it will be a lot lower.
3.5 gb of ram @ 192ghz or 6.5-7gb of ram @ 170ghz. Which is better?
Will ask in other thread too.

I wanted to share the following regarding next gen hardware from MS and Sony.
ghz ?
I hope some devs/real hardware people can explain this stuff. It's getting repetitive seeing people who don't know anything about this kind of stuff act like they do just because they read something somewhere.
MSThe OS and even the focus on media other than gaming is all based around the habits of gamers. After all, the data does clearly show that many gamers are spending a lot more time watching TV and Movies on their consoles than they used to.
Right. Sure kid.Yep, MS's memory setup was design to allow for a large amount of RAM for OS funtions/ads/Kinect/bloatware. Sony's setup is designed for pushing graphics.
That looks eerily like MisterXMedia's leakers specs.... hmmmm
and those CPU cores sound exactly like 2 x VTE processors ...
Well done MS if that's real ... cant wait to find out more!
Betterer, or worserer, than Orbis (based on both leaks)?
Karaaaaaaaaaaaaak?
Already posted my confusion in the other thread around some of the custom hardware. I think Agies knows more about it than I do. Its a good deal of technobabble to me.

And I still think you are more credible than the other guys, even if you are sparse with hard facts but that's suspected from the type of source you have.
Very interesting patent pic.... very interesting!
what am I looking at?
How so?
