Not feeling this whole everybody is streaming SFXT thing. It's like March of last year all over again.

I know there have been a lot of changes...but I'm still seeing all the same characters and it still looks the same to me.

I foresee issues.

Doesn't matter how long it's been out. The main game play mechanics are still the same. They can nerf this and buff that but the core of the game is still there and it makes for a boring game to watch. The big issue here is that most players are picking characters we have seen thousands of times before in SF. To me, the easy mode combos in the game are less impressive than AE. To see the same abc combos over and over again becomes monotonous. More players need to pick up various other characters and spice up things a bit.
And I do not dislike the game at all. It's my preferred fighter to play next to AE. I don't like playing Marvel but yet I would a million times over watch it over SFXT. Yeah. A day is too early to declare it anything but it really doesn't look promising to me after having watched a bunch of matches already.

Well you can watch PR Rog play Dudley/Paul, and that team was certainly never played at all pre-patch. He's pretty much just steam rolling whoever he plays though.

I don't mind watching high level SFxT as long as it isn't constantly Ryu, Rolento, Rufus, ect. Watching other characters can be entertaining

The problem is that the games foundation is too similar to SFIV. A lot of the whole exploration aspect of the game was figured out on day 1 because people have been playing SFIV for so long already. I would like to see characters no one plays, and win evo. that would be great, but I just don't see that happening.

Justin playing Phx Wright, Hsien Ko, Shuma against Floe.... and he's winning.

SMFH FLOE

Floe redeem himself and beat Phx Wright, Hsien, Shuma team 5-4.

Champ's AE Sim play is helping him out a bit here but it only gets you so far in this game.

The interesting thing is to see how far Capcom will go to prolong the life of the game if players aren't interested in playing it any longer even after all these changes.

Where is Bluerei?!!!!!

Honestly SFxT feels just like sf4 with tweaks.

It is still harder to throw people. And long term, I think there'll be a couple of option selects to use against people waking up. At the moment it is still a Capcom game, but it isn't SF4 yet. It still feels like a pre Capcom fg dark age game.
