Ditto.

Someone else said the crouch button was L3.Naughty Dog, please allow us to switch the flashlight and crouch buttons, thanks.
I shit you not, one of my friends has been making that exact same clicker sound for the last 10 years; he'd do it all the time, in movie theaters when the lights dimmed, he'd stick his head out the car and do it at people as we passed by etc. It's for this reason that I can't find the Clickers scary in any way whatsoever
Because they are blind? So after watching the gameplay I am more confused on this game.
Why is he crouching if he is shining a flash light?
Why do the enemies seem to not even notice him until he shoots the gun?
When he does shoot they run to the sound and ignore him... wtf
Im hoping that was the worst possible example of gameplay they coudl show... otherwise my hype just got severely lowered.

I think these moments will be there. They're just scripted and activate if certain conditions are met: "Player entered room from this site, now activate this sequence"But... this new demo now has me pretty convinced that certain moments from the E3 walkthrough were completely smoke and mirrors.
I was pretty confident that the last scene in the original E3 demo, where Joel kicks off his aggressor and gets to his feet while picking up and readying the shotgun (all in one perfectly smooth continuous motion)... I was pretty confident that was created specifically for the walkthrough and wasn't real gameplay. Now I'm 99% sure of it.
And starting to question some of the other obvious 1v1 interactions that seemed too good to be true.

Most of the "impossible" stuff we saw is probably like that. The guy running in the longer version of the E3 demo will also be scripted I bet: "Player entered room from here, killed 3 out of 4 bad guys in this time frame and the random number generator generated a 2. Activate guy running sequence."
I don't think the AI is that smart on its own. They will create many different scenarios for you based on your actions and I think most players will be fine with that.
As I said, scripted ones. Smart AI means these scenarios could happen at any point. I doubt that. That is the very definition of Smart AI.

Seems weird having The last of us plaster all over the GOW site

This is really good marketing.
Wish therewas cross play so I can play on my Vita lol
Joel also isn’t a jumper and scrambler as much as Nathan Drake is, although climbing is a large part of traversing the ruined outskirts of Boston. He needs help from Tess to get up to areas that Drake could get to with his eyes closed, and he doesn’t move quite as quickly. Plus, he has Ellie to worry about, and most times this means clearing out areas or exploring alternative routes before she can proceed.
He is also equipped with a flashlight that has a limited battery. Luckily, you’ll find batteries fairly often, as long as you explore, and you’ll need them because in some places light is your only friend. While Joel’s listen mode highlights enemies that are near him, they don’t let him see in the dark. Thankfully, the infected can’t see the beam from your flashlight, which is good because it gives you one less thing to be afraid of.
http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/po...-hands-on-preview-no-rest-for-the-uninfected/The Last of Us plays out like we wish Resident Evil 6 would have (sorry Capcom!), meaning it provides a creepy experience slowly moving through abandoned environments, while wondering what lurks around every corner. As soon as you hear a Clicker, you’ll freeze in place while frantically looking around for a brick or a bottle to throw in order to distract it. And if you happen to get surrounded by Runners, you’ll want to hit sprint and pray.
To be fair thats not the hompage but the demo tab, still its awesome to see.Lol wut
There's literally nothing God of War on the homepage.
Delay? I really hope this shit isn't true. I want the game as soon as possible.

delaying a game would be a first in ND's history
it seems unlikely, especially after UC3, i think they regretted giving it a release date too early.
i dont think they would make the same mistake twice in a row.

EDIT: unless the decision comes from SCEA and not ND. for, i dont know, marketing reasons, like showing TLOU at E3 as mentionned in the article. but then i think E3 will be dedicated to Orbis/Vita
Take all the time you want ND. In all seriousness, I would prefer an up-port to the PS4 as well. Fuck the haters.
me too. This close its feeling like a wasted opportunity. Sure launching a big name like a God of War at the end of the gen works but a new IP? Dual launch would work for me fineTake all the time you want ND. In all seriousness, I would prefer an up-port to the PS4 as well. Fuck the haters.
could be from Sony's end.
Hah awesome
@mostsincerelyed: @Neil_Druckmann How did you generate the Clicker's...clicks? Voice actors. All human sounds.

Hope with the delay they take out the wall hack.
This guy gets his info from game magazines. I hardly think he has anything "shocking" to share. What could possibly be shocking info?
