The thing with tint I've realized about Cali is that if you have any front window tint and the cop is having a bad day you'll get a ticket. So if you're going to tint the front, might as well go all the way. Tinting just the back looks wrong to me.

The green lights have to go man. I am a huge fan of halos and put some on my IS300 back in the day. Never colored though. Always 4300-6000k only.

Well like I mentioned before the colors can change. As for the rims I don't know what to say other than they're one of the few full-faced rims American Racing made that I liked.

Awesome ride! I'm trying to talk my wife into an white SRT-8 we saw at the dealer a couple weeks ago, but she's decided on getting a Grand Cherokee instead. Maybe I can convince her to get that as an SRT-8 instead of the Overland she's fell in love with. I see tons of cars with the fronts tinted in Socal and I've had mine done for 5 years without any hassle from the cops. It's a risk, but I think it makes the car look much better IMO.

2011 Jeep Liberty Limited - just got it a few months ago to replace my '06 Grand Prix. I'm hoping to have it paid off within a couple years, and then I'll hopefully be able to splurge on a modern muscle car to complement it, assuming all is well financially.

I've got a 2002 Mustang GT that I'm finally thinking about getting rid of. I test drove a 2007 (I think?) Nismo 350z and really, really enjoyed it. Considering the price point of those cars, I'm seriously considering jumping into one, but I fear modding it will get expensive fast. Thoughts?

Driving a Mustang I assume you're from the US? If so the 350z is relatively cheap to buy over there, especially used. Mods are also much cheaper to buy in the US when compared to buying in Europe. Most of the mods need to be imported from the US or Japan and the shipping costs are a huge bump on the price. The only mods that are really expensive is if you have an interest in forced induction and Volk wheels
If you're worried about modding costs getting out of hand then the Nismo model you drove is probably ideal as it comes with a kit and performance mods from the factory, I'm just not a fan of the rear bumper or spoiler on the Nismo. It will however, have the intake and exhaust I have fitted to mine and will also have Nismo suspension which would save you some money on mods.
If you're serious about buying a 350z try to get a 2007+ model which has a refreshed interior/exterior and more importantly will come with the HR engine. If your budget can stretch I'd look at '09/10 370z, again there is a Nismo version available to cover the mods from factory.

Installed the grill-badge and new door panels this weekend. Was cold as hell outside, but I was determined to get stuff done and am really happy with the results.
Now summer can please come along so I can wash and polish the car and get some 17" rims.
Replaced the old plain door panels with these ones. Initially it was just a speaker grill that was broken in the driver door but replacing that alone was so expensive that I found two as-new used door panels with the silver trim for only 20 Euros more than the repair would have cost. ^^
And the leather gearknob I installed a few weeks ago, love it. ^^

This is an amazing car...I'm super jealous. Where do you live that you can own one of these? I'm in NY, and I've looked into R34 and R33 ownership and it's basically impossible, not even as a show car.

I'm super jelly! These are FINALLY legal in Canada next year (1999 models anyways). Seriously this is at the top of my list of cars to own. I'm hoping to buy one in the next few years.
There's loop holes, gray market import, and there's federally legal ones in the US. You have to pay to play to play (and BIG) for the federally legal ones.
Oh and judging from the plats (and the fact that I'm a member of Skyline Australia), it looks like Western Australia plates.

Not sure about the N/A version, but the Turbocharged Cobalts were considered an amazing performance bargain at the time. I think they were in the low $20k range.

I could've bought a Civic or Scion TC but it was just the cheaper alternative for me since I was a first time buyer. It's the same as the other Cobalt SS but I got the cheaper kind (not supercharged/turbocharged).
I could go to ZZP Performance and make it faster but meh it's not worth it.

Lol it's ok. I'm not a very good car shopper really but two things about the car: is it's almost maintenance free since I only drive maybe 60 miles a week plus I got about a year of payments left on it. Thank god work is only 3 miles away. If I had a choice, without any money issues, I would've gotten a hatchback like an Audi A3 or a Mazdaspeed 3.
I like it. I keep it clean and it's well-maintained. I plan on keeping it for about 3 more years. It's not wise for me to find a new car when I'm in the middle of classes and changing careers.

I just went to an autoshow 2 weeks ago and looked at the Rspec. It looks a bit heavy in my opinion. I hope the next gen is better. I did see a $74,000 Cadillac two door car from hell. It's got a V8 with black on black paint and wheels. I don't have pics right now since my other friend has the pics on his cell...
