I didn't mind the character designs of the Devil Survivor games, I felt it all went with the atmosphere pretty well and didn't feel out of place.

I also really like the games.

Well, SMT4 is bought. Not too happy with the price but I'm sure they'll but something extra in there to make it feel better.

Yep, it sure is. The problem is that you even view it as a "defense" in the first place. It sure would be nice if a discussion could be had without people assuming the other sides have some sort of agenda.

I'm not arguing whether the price is good. And I don't think the price needs defending. The way the market works is: a company offers a product for a price, and you determine if it's a good value and purchase or don't. If fewer people buy it than usual, then the market will have spoken.

I've simply offered an explanation that I feel is the most likely for the price that they've set for the game. It's a statement, not intended to persuade in either direction. The price has been set, here is the reason why I think it's been set to what it has. (And the first post you quoted was totally tongue-in-cheek)

The series always brought a chill up my spine. Those character designs are a little creepy, even the protagonists.

Well we know there is an OST. I am asking specifically about whether Soul Hackers has got a manual though. An art pamphlet instead like EO4 got would also satisfy me.
