I sound like a broken record at this point, but the deal Sony has with UStream on the PlayStation 4 is not exclusive, and we don't deal in exclusives when it comes to our apps, either. We want a Twitch app on everything. How else can one achieve world domination?

Why do people keep saying this? If they were relying on it not raining they'd just have the event in an open field at night. The tent is specifically there for shelter from the elements.

I think it may be because of all the sound it might create, which would suck for everyone.
