Guys I think I'm just going to call in sick this entire week and wait by the tv.

Be careful. You never know who could be looking back.

the funniest episode of AD is when there trying to set that guy up to make it look like he killed a hooker so that he leaves the country and Gob fucks the whole thing up but still tries to salvage the plan by accusing him when they find the unconscious girl and he's like "WHAAT????!"

"Oooh you got a little backroom action going on" *opens door* "I'm calling the cops."

I just flew into Orange County, CA over the weekend and as I got off the plane, in the terminal I saw a guy wearing a Bluth Banana Stand t-shirt.

We high fived as I said "taste the happy" when we passed each other.

I'm definitely interested to see if Netflix announces anything about their Arrested Development numbers, if they beat House of Cars / Hemlock Grove, and if so, by how much.

'Arrested Development' Creator Mitch Hurwitz on His Two-Year Odyssey to Revive the Show

btw, ill be posting the OT hopefully later today. ;)

I might in a couple of hours since I have to run some errands in Santa Monica, not sure though my friend told me there was already a crazy line.

There's some worrying stuff in there towards the end of page 2, Mitch confirming major use of green screening, editing going down to the wire, next to no vetting or previewing of the show even by Mitch or the crew themselves. God dammit this better not burn up in the atmosphere on its way back down to earth.

Yup, between tidbits like this and the few clips/trailer so far not doing anything for me, my expectations are dwindling. I'm expecting a mediocre season with occasional moments of greatness at this point. Would be glad to eat crow in a week though.

So I finished my series walkthrough with my folks recently, we watched the DVD extra of "Last Day on Location."

Man, this bonus feature made me tear up back in 2006. It was a really great last look for the cast, wonderful words by Jason Bateman.

Watching it now, could do nothing but smile. Our Bluths are back, Baby! :D

Allegedly the first episode is pretty great and the cast seems happy with the second.

I know that's barely any real percentage of the season but it made me hopeful.
