Gives Larry a chance to provide good news.

We won't see the followup about needing to buy the game twice to use it on multiple consoles within the same household.

If I had any inclination to buying their system, this evasion after their OWN reveal drops it to -20.

Me and many other people still play older consoles such as the NES and Sega Genesis. And even younger people today are still playing these older systems to experience games they missed out on. But from the looks of it, people will not be able to do the same with the Xbox One in the future. So, what happens in, say, 20 years from now once all the online activation servers are offline?

(pretty sure they already said multiple accounts could use the same game on the same system)

This persecution complex is getting old. One company announced a new system yesterday that has been dogged with anti-consumer rumors for months. Those rumors were then verified by the Corporate Vice President of the company.

I interviewed him years ago on a podcast and honestly when the tape is not rolling he is a very cool dude who actually does "get it" but as you can imagine the thumb over him is very big. He was open even on the show about how much he enjoyed the other consoles and the DS if I remember at the time.
