Not a Wii exclusive (it's ported from the PS2), but Okami really didn't get the attention it deserved. It can almost rival the Zelda games.
I'm curious about this as well.which is better: endless ocean 1 or endless ocean 2? the original seems to cost twice as much.
De Blob 1 or 2 is well-worth a playthrough.

I was so hyped when the Wii U was revealed because I thought it could mean a BWiiU...![]()
How was Battalion Wars and Red Steel 2? Tempted to pick them up, since both can be gotten for pretty cheap these days.
I have the steel case version even.![]()
It actually made me feel uneasy at times. Growing up in the mountains I actually was amazed at how well they captured the harsh nature of high altitudes. Mind you I'm no climber, but I am familiar with the harsh weather and environments you would encounter up high. They did a great job with the animations, making Eriks running speed actually sensible, and had they put a bit more effort into the actual climbing parts, the game could've been a masterpiece.
I have one that I am about to put on Amazon. In the UK though.
Lots of great mentions. I want to highlight one of them again:
The combat system had its problems but everything else was great. The setting, the atmosphere - Cursed Mountain was a fantastic experience.
The Wii is probably the most underrated console ever. Tons of people still think that the Wii just offers some waggle party games and some classiv Nintendo games like Mario and Zelda. But there are tons of great games without big names like Deadly Creatures, The Godfather, Kororinpa, De Blob, Red Steel, Boom Blox, etc. I'm so glad that I played all those games. They were much more fun than each and every Call of Duty in the past several years to me.

Glad I'm not the first! So much potential lost due to its crappy shovelware coverart![]()
The Sky Crawlers: Innocent aces. I really enjoyed the game and I don't think it has been mentioned. I definitely recommend it.
The Wii missed out on practically every big fighting game of the last generation, but it did manage to secure an incredible exclusive and no I'm not talking about Smash Bros.

Yeah nobody had a clue who half the characters are, but Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is easily the best fighter on the Wii and a very much overlooked game which stands as the precursor to Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
I can be here all day namedropping so many wii gems, but I'd like to give a shoutout to rhythm heaven fever, its a rhythm game that actually has decent original music without relying on any licensed music
Order up is a great cooking game.

Fragile Dreams: Farewell ruins of the moon. I feel this game captures friendships pretty well. Especially after being alone.
The Sky Crawlers: Innocent aces. I really enjoyed the game and I don't think it has been mentioned. I definitely recommend it.
I'm kind of shocked no one posted this gem:

I played it when it came out and I was surprised by how good it was.
It is dfinitely one of the most overlooked/underrated Wii games I can think of.
