There are also less cars when you have a high enough wanted level, could also be to do with that. I hope so anyway.

That luxury car chase didnt seem like hits were being taken even when colliding with other cars.

I guess it got toned down a bit. Atleast from that video point of view.

What does his driving have to do with it? If anything his driving like a moron is a good way to show off just how the physics and handling are in this game.

I wonder if your even able to customize cars that early, or the leaker would have the funds to. Seems unlikely, unless every roaming car has a chance of having armor/other custom mods. Doubt that too.
