SOOOOOO I was planning on cancelling my special edition preorder and just getting the regular but I looked on Ebay and wow....It's sold all the way up to $130 here in the US today. I'll just get both on release day and if it really is limited i'll sell it otherwise i'll just return it and keep the standard version as planned.



Also I just noticed the PS3 in hand copy on Ebay cancelled all the bids and ended early. It was at $227 last I saw it...

I just watched some juicy, non-spoilerific gameplay but now I'm out of that thread for good. There are apparently some huge spoilers out and about now (so everyone be careful!) and I'm sure that thread will be riddle with land-mines. I mainly wanted to see if there was any conceivable way the game could match the levels of hype I have for it, and, well, shit. It is wildly exceeding them. It looks like perfection distilled into a disc. I can't wait till we can all be playing it simultaneously! Cruising around in GTA Online with you blokes should be a blast too.

It's just the initial excitement before the true storm that is GTA V discussion - this thread will get even busier in the coming day.

I've seen enough leaked footage now, the game looks legit as fuck and I'm happier to speculate now as opposed to see everything.

I'm trying so hard guys. Between the other thread and /v/ I'm trying not to take anymore peeks to keep my experience fresh.

While I haven't spoiled story stuff the things I've seen....I feel tainted.

I've stayed here. Spoiler free. Didn't read any spoilers from in here when the thread went nuts. I've avoided almost all content, even from R* themselves. It's going to be a long four days.

I can't believe it's so close after all this time. I was spoiled on a few minor things but no more of that shit, going to stay clear of a some places for a few days.

I looked at a little bit from the spoiler thread, but have reverted back to being spoiler free! It feels good to be clean again. I'm hoping to view the game with fresh eyes on Tuesday by not adding to the small glimpses that I've already seen.

Fuck. My phat ps3 60gig just shut off with a blinking red light. It's about to die isn't it? I'm using it now. But it just shut off when it was loading a match in Fire Pro.

I just said fuck it and bought the GTAV Ps3 bundle. Don't want to miss out on this game.

After seeing a bunch of leaked stuff, my metacritic prediction of 100 doesn't seem so far fetched. People get all hot and bothered about Sleeping Dog gifs of Wei walking down a street or driving on wet pavement?

GTA V is going to cause mass pooping in one's pants.

Derrick, I was skeptical. Even as a GTA fanboy. Figured it was going to be a technical mess. But I truly think they pulled it off somehow. So much better than GTA IV or Red Dead.

The frame rate is smooth, the greasy, blurry filters from IV are gone, and the lighting is excellent. The skylines at night...hot damn.

Obviously it's no Crysis 3 on PC or anything, but they got a ton out of these consoles.

I'm right there with you guys, been avoiding that thread like the plague. Haven't even peeked.

I'm not sure how long I can hold out though, all this good news coming from the people who looked

I've been pretty busy at work and I am playing assassin's creed 2 for the first time so this week has been flying for me. When I was not busy is when it was hard. Works out well for me since I'm not interested in spoilers right now.

I saw something that wasnt a spoiler per say, but it was just one of those great funny rockstar moments... something I didnt expect and honestly didnt even think of until I saw it.

That was all I needed. I will wait until Tuesday now.
