Which one? It constantly changes over the entire series.

2nd one is the best one.

Angry Grimace

Two cannibals are eating a clown. One turns to the other and says "does something taste funny to you?"
Does Araki know how to draw people at a different angle and/or not doing that same pose because every single Jojo picture I've ever seen is people standing at that 3/4 angle looking sideways at the "camera."

So many typos this time around, also the art gets pretty awkward, like his head or face? Later in similar shots far away artist seemed to just give up giving character expressions. Hopefully just a simple mistake. Dull manga so far though. Other idol story has done it better.

He certainly does. People just tend to post the FABULOUS stuff.

It was easy when I lived in Florida and both B&N and Borders had 3-4 locations each within 15 minutes of where I lived. Now that I'm back in CT the nearest book store now is at least 30 minutes away :(

In college, I had the glory of a 5 min walk off campus to the public library that had a gigantic Manga and comic collection, and another 3 mins to a giant B&N (that had a shrinking Manga section over the years)

What're some good new manga series to read? Genre doesn't matter to me (unless it's yaoi), so anything good this past year I'd love to catch up on.

For now I just want to recommend Kongou Banchou, which I am re-reading atm mainly to make up for the fact THIS AWESOME SERIES DOESN'T HAVE A BLASTED ANIME ADAPTATION YET!

I actually think that he has constantly improved his style with Part 7 being his best but that's because Jojolion hasn't even really started yet.
Sincerely I think that the quality dropped with part four but not because he switched from Kenshiro->Fabulousness but because i really think it's bad, Part 5-6 looks so much better than Part 4.

It's probably never going to get an anime. The authors current series, Nanatsu no Taizai, has a better chance of getting an anime.

For reccomendations:

Qualia the Purple
Shoukugeki no Soma
Nanatsu no Taizai
Dragons Rioting
Himouto! Umaru-chan

I should catch up on Nanatsu then, but any reason why Kongou Banchou may not get an adaptation? Is it because it's old?
Cuz Hajime no Ippo is continuing by the end of the year and there was JoJo's BA Parts 1 and 2 anime adaptation.
Thanks for the recommendations though~

Alright, fine. You're clearly the evil(er) faction. Happy now?
I still want you to win.

Shit has hit the fan to the extent that the fan is now completely clogged up with shit. The series is taking itself considerably more seriously by this point, but I'm invested enough in everything that I'm fine with that.

... ugh, why did I have to pick it up right on such a ridiculous cliffhanger?

I'm honestly shocked at how fun Shokugeki no Soma has been. It's got some long-running potential, would love to see an anime for sure.

I recommend 7 Seeds, as usual, because I know some of you still haven't given it a chance.

Give it until the Winter arc to develop, and you'll be reading one of the best post-apocalyptic manga ever made.

Again, 7 SEEDS.

Damn forgot to recommend this one. Everyone should give a chance, one of the best manga around.

Because it's finished. Very few series get adaptations after the manga finishes, with the only exception I can think of off the top of my head being Mirai Nikki. JoJo and Ippo are still ongoing despite being old as hell. They're also mega hits that have more than 100 volumes and have been running for more than 2 decades, while Kongou Banchou was finished in 3 years to respectable but not mind-blowing reception, and Shounen Sunday/the author have moved on.

Ippo and Jojo are both ongoing series, Kongou Banchou is finished. Manga bases anime are usually made to promote the manga so it's very rare that a completed series will get an anime.

EDIT: Cosmic said it better than me.

Shieeet, that looks awesome as fuck.

Does anyone know what happened to that supposed conclusion to Good Loser Kumagawa that was apparently in the summer Jump Next? Has that just not gotten translated yet?

I've been meaning to start it. I need more delinquent manga in my life. It's probably my favorite genre next to Horror for manga.

Hime-dol!! 03

The art's rough at times which is pretty weird.

Uh, plot's average. I can totally see this getting cancelled and I guess I'll look forward to the rushed ending.

You've read 14 right?

Honestly, that's another thing in my backlog. I'll start it after I finish Hyōryū Kyōshitsu/Drifting Classroom.

Speaking of which, I have some free time right now, so I'll go read some of that.

Edit: Reading now.
I thought this guy was supposed to be the smart one. smh.

That is BS man.... Not being ongoing has the benefits of episodes not needing to be drawn out or having any filler.
JoJo Part 1 and Part 2 ended years ago, so those respective stories are already done and over.
...but I'll keep on waiting for the anime adaptation...
