Oh we're doing nicknames now? I think this might be the first gen I try to nick my Pokemon. Greninja's either going to be Strider Gero or Frouge.
Man, I already have so many things and team combos I want to try out.
It's a bit traditional and skews more towards Gen 1 (even though initially I wanted to see if I could do one Poke from each gen in the team), but I'm sure my final team will look nothing like this. I am also hyped as fuck to get M-Blaziken to put foot in ass.

I settled on some tentative nicknames for my first playthrough team. I don't know where these Pokemon are attainable, so I may roll with some different ones, but we'll see.

Pangoro : Bruno
Meowstic : Medea
Klefki : Clarissa
Tyrantrum : Hank
Hawlucha : Rosaria
I'm going with a male Meowstic cause I think it looks cooler. I don't usually worry about a Pokemon's gender when naming them. And I wish there were some better electric type options out of the new Pokemon, but oh well. I'll roll with an electric type from one of the older gens after I beat the game.

The timeline actually splits after HG/SS.

I believe BW is 10 years after HGSS/DPPt, and BW2 is definitely 2 years after BW.
