It's not FUD. It is apparently how it is designed. While not a deal breaker, it still looks cheap for something you pay $400 for. I would prefer it to lay flat as well.

It should lay flat. The placement of the rubber feet makes it possible that making pressure on the side that doesn't have one will make a lever effect but if unattended there's nothing to prevent that it stays flat. Only if one of those stand feet are uneven, faulty or missing.

I'm totally concerned if it's not just a one off. Seems like it is though.

Those saying "dont push it then" or "it only wobbles when you press it" are missing the point. What's concerning people is that if that gif is correct, that person's console isn't sitting flat to start with, and pushing on the corner straightened it up.

However, there's no evidence that this is more than just a one off so far - so no need to panic yet.
