Is Project Spark not launch or "launch window"? Like Jtyettis said, I'd take DR over it too...
I wouldn't have gotten any of the Xbox original launch titles. Don't look all that pleasing, in fact I don't think I ended up playing any of them (bar of course Halo) in the long run.
As for the topic on Blades, it is a very 2005 design, it isn't that impressive nor intruative. Worked at the time but really isn't something they could of kept for the span of the console.

It's not launch and I doubt it will be launch window as I believe they are planning to have a beta in January.
I believe we destroyed a circuit breaker.

Yeah, I have a confession to make. After I got one my PS2 collected a lot of dust with the likes of The Chronicles of Riddick, Ninja Gaiden, Halo, KotOR I & II, Fable, Otogi, Jade Empire, Morrowind, Advent Rising, etc. It absolutely became my favorite console and I'm not ashamed to say it.
Of course things changed with the new generation and the PS3 eventually became my favorite console this past time around. Who knows how it will play out this time, but I have been swayed slowly but surely into wanting to pick up the Xbox One first because of the games and features. Never thought it would play out that way considering how things started, but it is what it is.

I thought it was pretty good at the time. Quite often I'd sit there for thirty seconds and hold left to right and back again, listening to the blade swooshing sounds. I got excited when they added another blade!
I also liked the way the menu item you were on was highlighted with a drop shadow that made it look like a ramp leading up to the description, so that your eye was drawn to exactly what you needed to see in a subtle and attractive manner. Very effective.
not really. any decent laptop can stream well. if hes not trying to go all out/ professional it doesnt really matter. It really depends on internet speeds/connection

I remember the first of the Halo gang had imported a US machine , then bit by bit all of us did. The biggest problem was buying TVs that were 60hz compatible. My weird friend , who spent most of his 30s grooming teenagers to play Halo LAN with him had 4 TVs and US imported machines to help his cause.
I couldn't play with him any more because all he would do was bitch about Bungie constantly because they made the dual wield pistols in Halo 2 awful with that first TU.
Also , my extensive online Play made me much much much better than him and his LAN friends.
There was only so much I could take of his homebrew Halo 2 maps, which often involved strange teleporter based puzzles to reach a giant stockpile if power weapons.
Agreed! What's funny about those 5 games is that when stating the original Xbox was the last launch I felt was as strong as the Xbox One's (in another topic), those were the titles I mentioned.
I remember thinking the Xbox would fail, but wanted Halo, Munch's Oddysee, and DOA3 so bad I didn't care.

Haters gonna hate, but I loved Fuzion Frenzy. One of my favorite Xbox games. Seriously.
Twisted System is ingrained into my being at this point. Played it so, so much.

Anyone know the embargo schedule for reviews? All I've read is that they're not all same day and KI reviews should start tomorrow?
Thanks to that Best Buy $100 trade in I can get some more X1 games at launch.
Did the same. Got a play and charge while I was there as well. Gal there stated that AC could be picked up on the 19th while DR3 is street dated with the console.

Best party game ever, have amazing memories of that game especially sumo and the one jumping and ducking game, I was unstoppable at that.
Edit: Twisted System, that was the name, now that was a blast.

Remember keeping my 360 on for around about well over a week playing Halo 2 when they 'closed' the servers on Xbox.
Was one of the Final Few and in the last 30 to play Halo 2 on Xbox Live V.1.
I vowed to keep my 360 on until it RROD'd, then I had a bloody power cut didn't I.
God damn.
But great memories.

Out of all the games... I look forward to these reivews the most. I have a ban bet on another site where if I lose I'm gone for a year. I took on 2 guys and they each have 6 months if they lose. The bet is that if KI rates 79 or under overall on metacritic after 2 weeks... I lose. It averages 80 and above... and I'm the Chump..err Champ!

Only thing that should harm it is the small roster, but then that's reflected in the price.
Still, I think it'll be close!

Looks a great port to me, more tempted by Forza though.
Star Wars: Starfighter! How did I forget about that game?! It was a ton of fun. I guess Crimson Dragon is our launch equivalent for it.
Can't go wrong with 60fps racer.

Ah okay. I almost never played and HALO online because I got enough abuse in high school.
Great graphics but I feel like there's too much going on with the UI, it seems very cluttered qnd quite distracting.
