That Cell regen crap was some huge BS now that I'm not a kid anymore but the Kid Buu thing made sense to me. Each Supreme Kai Buu absorbed way back then made him weaker thanks to their kindness or whatever. So it made sense each time he lost that little part, he went back to his most basic form.
Lost the ability to speak and became nothing more than an animal of destruction.
He's not really wrong about all this being stretched out though. There have been many chapters where nothing of any importance has happened, just fighting. Or the exact same thing happened over the course of 3 chapters for no reason other than to hit us over the head with it. Chapters with just fighting are fine every now and again, but we need more actual story here.
The stuff with Madara is on a whole different level of bullshit, though.

Why would you expect things to make sense, in this series?

Yeah. The Obito battle lasted way too long and a lot of it felt pointless. I guess that's why I'm so happy to get away from him, but we could just be seeing the same thing in this battle. Hope that's not the case. We can only hope that this battle will either be much more interesting or shorter.
I think they're trying to tell us that Madara and Hashirama are even more powerful when alive. They don't have their full power as edos. I suppose it's the only way to explain why Madara would even want to be revived.
That's complete bullshit though. We already were told that Kabuto and Orochimaru perfected the Edo Tensai. And If Madara was that much weaker, shouldn't the same apply to the Kages and all the other Edo Tensai during the war arc?

If your Shonen fight last more then 10 chapters , it'd better be interlaced with other plot threads or battles such as Luffy vs Lucci or goku vs freeza. You also better have said fight be built up as the be all end all fight for a major arc or your entire series. Not only did the fight with tobi/obito go on forever, but most of the fight we realized the real Medara was probably going to take over as the true villain.
Fight should have been
Chapter 1- start battle with tobi, struggle til you figure out a strat (using the linked space Kakashi had)
Chapter 2- land some hits, crack mask
Chapter 3- obito reveal/flashback
Chapter 4- obito flashback/exposition
Chapter 5- obito flashback/exposition finish return to fight
Chapter 6- sasuke side story start
Chapter 7- sasuke side story part 2
Chapter 8- sauske side story fin
Chapter 9- sasuke heel -> face turn and return to obito fight as allies show up
Chapter 10- allies try to help, naruto tries to protect them/get them to back away, neji dies
Chapter 11- hinata restores Naruto's confidence, he powers up, Sasuke arrives
Chapter 12- naruto and sasuke tag team obito and obito activates eye moon plan
Chapter 13- ninja alliance attempts to break through the barrier, naruto squeezes in and enters obito's conscious
Chapter 14- talk no jutsu
Chapter 15- obito realizes he is wrong, gets ganked by medara
Bam, all the major plot points condensed down into a format that doesn't take forever. Not perfect as it doesn't include medara off paneling the kages or when he shows up, but you could work that in and still keep this under 20 chapters

Kid Buu made sense. Absorbing people gave him control and reason. Losing that made him lose everything making him hold anything back.
It's the same concept as berserker status in games.

Madara isn't doing anything new yet, just fighting blind and showed off a new katon, don't forget he just absorbed Hashi's sage mode.
Yes the implication is that probably none of the zombie ninjas were brought back to 100% full power.
Oro's recent Edo Kages are probably the closest to their old selves, Tobirama said they were virtually back to full strength.
Kabuto's still had room for improvement just by the fact that absorbing more of Oro's DNA made the jutsu stronger.

Lol. Were they? Can we say, especially for those edo Kages? We didn't know them before being edo'd? Another thing that made many edos so difficult to handle was the fact that they just couldn't be killed. Even Kakashi took out edo Haku easily yet...doesn't matter because they're already dead. Sealing is a whole other deal. It's been so damn long, I can hardly remember those other edos really so I can't comment.
I'm just saying, there's no real other explanation why Madara might want to be revived unless he just craves that feeling so bad. Maybe he like the idea of feeling real emotion and pain and exileration. Can he not complete his plan in edo form, though? I'm not going to pretend like Kishi's writing is highly consistent, because it's not. I'm just going off of what we have. Kabuto and Orochimaru speak bullshit, Kishi writes bullshit. This chapter, Hashirama comments on Madara regaining his power. That's the best we have to go on, bullshit or not.

Tadokoro, Erina's cousin, the Italian rival and his brother all feel like locks. The Chinese restaurant girl is just going to get smurfed after seeing how Tadokoro handles herself here. Erina's secretary is destined to get owned by Alice. The Polar Star girl is... a polar star girl.
I feel like stalker girl is a bit of a dark horse, since we haven't seen anything of her yet. If she gets in, the rival's brother is out.
I think its more likely for the rivals brother to make it to the next round if it comes to that.
Kid Buu was weaker though. Even Vegeta could stand up to him for a while and he was only in SS2. He was only more dangerous because he decided to destroy Earth without a long winding speech about it and just did it.

Eh, I dunno. I was really excited about the Doujin Work anime too, but they removed all the actual dirty jokes and the comedic timing was just shite in general.

I want to give my compliments to Sasuke that acts as soon as possible like a real person would do and actually understands that leaving the Edo Tensei is bullshit from Madara's part.
I also want to say that Kishimoto is an imbecile, in order to give some common sense to a character for 4-5 pages he has to fill all the others with pure nonsense.
Seriously i want this to end in 20 chapters at worst.

It's that good. The art style is what it is but I actually started to dig it while reading OPM. It's simplistic but somehow extremely clean and easy to follow. Really great read
Assassination Classroom 1-8
I dunno how to feel about this just yet. I like the premise of an alien teacher who is an assassination target for a class of school kids, but so far, it's lacking any real comedic punch which I was hoping for. I'll probably keep going with it for a while and see if it improves.

This would be a good route to take since their history was strong and would be a nicely done way to close things out with final words and friendship in the afterlife.
