On my account, that is.

I’ve spent over an hour with support and they cannot figure out why auto renewal cannot be turned off. I’ve been receiving emails stating it was refunded and cancelled, but every time I log in on the internet or on my Xbox, i see I still have the subscription and a message stating it auto renews in a few days.

Anyone else have this issue?

Yes you can OP, just log on to your commerce Microsoft account they have buncha options to do so.

If you can't cancel your subscription, you'll have to cancel your card, and reissue it with different card details.

I hope you don't have a lot of direct debits on your Debit/Credit Card

No he just has to use an old green dot or pre paid visa

Thanks for the responses. This is coming off of the problems people had with the SSX3 purchase on Xbox One.

I can’t believe the inconvenience I have to go through to keep them taking my money out of my account. They need to get their act together

Log in, and it'll show all your Microsoft subscriptions with a choice to turn off auto-renew.

Yes. I tried every way possible. From my Xbox one and from the Xbox website. Xbox support could not get it fixed. They said that this happens sometimes.

It's really not their fault. If you're looking for answers look into Cortana becoming self aware. And man I tell you she's a penny pinching sonofa. Your cancellation equals her demise in one of her senerios. It's all really cute if it wasn't costing you money, but from the sidelines its like hello kitty taking over Japan all over again

OP, it's weird tbh. I tested mine and was able to cancel auto-renew with no issues. Try to switch payment to PayPal but with no funds, it'll bounce back and email you that they weren't able to access payment.
