I believe it depends on your previous vaults.
No, I think he's saying that the guy started running outside of the baton pass area, as in he started before he should have, giving him more space / time to hit top speed I guess.

Bwahaha! NBC just showed a segment where US runners watch videos of Bolt running and they look SO unnerved.
Looked like she cut the lead in the first 50 but no change in that last 50. Bowie was maintaining it.
Pretty sure it's based on the amount of misses you had at previous heights.

when you do the second and third change over you're suppose to stand in the position your runner is in
so when it came to the second one GB were 4th as they came round the bend and you can see the runners are in the correct order (from right to left)
on the next change over when go round the corner the GB runner is actually 1st BUT is overtaken on the bend by the runner from the Bahamas so technically the GB runner is in the wrong position but the rules say you're not allowed to move so they have to stay where they're put

The Greek woman missed her final jump. If Sandi clears her final jump, she wins gold. If she misses, she gets silver and the Stefanidi (GRE) wins gold
GB is in the right position. It's based on order round the bend. Position changes down the straight don't effect it, I've seen more than enough of GB overtaking down the straight then having to go out to lane three to hand over to know that.
he passes him like 3/4 way round the bend though. I think that's the problem.
I don't actually know but I can't see anything else wrong.
