And then people in Canada were butthurt at Brianne Ashton Eaton because she wore a shirt backing both Eaton (her American husband) and Warner (a Canadian teammate). Hence, why I said earlier people are irrationally nationalistic when it comes to the scam that is the olympic games. I do enjoy watching it though, so I guess I'm part of the problem.

There's a commercial on NBC (I think it's Visa) with both of them wearing their national shirts. It's a very husband/wife commercial too and it plays all the time. Like I said though, people just become very unreasonably patriotic during these two weeks.
