I don't think kojima himself wants you to have sex with them.

Sometimes developers overlook what a player can do with what they're given. It's not Dogg's fault that there just so happens to be a way to get each BB member into a laying position and that when Snake is pushed up against them he does a strange animation that vaguely looks like he's banging them. I mean, sure, he can choose not to do it but most people haven't seen that before even if Dogg (or whoever is streaming MGS4) did it earlier in the playthrough, there's always new people tuning in at every given hour.

Similarly to how Dogg was using the weapon switching to make it look like Snake was jerkin' it.

Developer intent is thrown out the window when you let the player have free reign like in this instance. You don't have to kill or put her to sleep right away, you can mess with the character for x minutes before it puts you into the white space with her to which you get another 3 minutes to do whatever the hell you want. They obviously expected you to dick around in some manner, especially with the option to take photos of them in sexy poses.

And no the channel can't get shut down for it, it's a video game... nothing more and nothing less.

If people are going to criticize anything about MGS4, it should be how Raiden wasn't able to lift a rock to free his arm but managed to stop the entirety of Outer Haven with his back without so much as moving an inch instead of some fun dialogue with a silly character.

Yeah I agree. When I first saw that scene I really thought Snake might not make it out alive. It's a really well done scene.

Not sure about everyone else but the reason why that scene pisses me off is because it's a giant middle finger to the entire Snake and Meryl's development and buildup in MGS1. It may seem minor but somethings are just not easy to get over with. The dialogue is still tolerable.
