It'd be cool if Fincher won a directing Emmy but other than that, I don't really care. Just about all the dramas in the running were pretty underwhelming during their nominated seasons.

Rooting for either House of Cards, Breaking Bad or Mad Men to win best Drama. Dont care which one. Also Jon Hamm and Anna Gunn for best actor/actress. I love Bryan Cranston and I don't see anyone beating him next year but Hamm was terrific last season. Homeland better not win any goddamn awards unless it's for something technical. And I say that as someone who somewhat enjoyed season 2.

Will Win

Should win

Keep in mind Breaking Bad is likely to sweep next year as well. So if they don't sweep don't get too mad.

RuPaul's Drag Race needs to be nominated for best reality show already.

Fuck Modern Family.

Gyp in boardwalk deserves the Emmy over the supporting performances in breaking bad this season

Jesse and Mike were nothing special in season 5 part 1

As much as the episode infuriated me Mike's final episode was great. Jesse has been on fire all season and turning in good work. He is a shoe in for next year, poor Dean Norris.

Skyler really needs to win an Emmy. Especially for last episode at least.
Aaron breaking down when finding the ricin says otherwise.

Yep, but that is part two. Likely going to be what he submits to get nominated next year too.

5.1 wasn't as strong as Season 4 imo, especially for Walter White moments. Pulling for a Hamm win this year.

Edit: My personal pick would have been Aden Young this year though, unless he isn't elligible.

Personally I wish BB was disqualified for this year and they just submitted all of Season 5 as one nomination for next year. I am actually rooting for it to lose so some other series get nods.

With the penultimate episode of Breaking Bad on tonight, who gives a fuck?

And I say that as a person who almost never misses the Emmys and Oscars.

That was in season 5.B, which will be up for nominations at next year's Emmys.

I'm talking about the roomba. But yeah, that too.

Agreed. I think Breaking Bad will sweep next year's Emmys, but this year I think the playing field is a bit more even. BB Season 5.A wasn't that strong when viewed by itself.

Agreed.

The fact that Corey Stoll, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Walton Goggings weren't even nominated is a travesty.

Also no best writing noms for Mad Men woooooooow.

You act surprised the Emmy's suck.

Besides Margo Matindale I don't think I have seen Justified nominated for anything else.

FX really deserves more love. Especially with The Americans first season being SOOOOO good.

Someone give Jeff Daniels the Emmy for Best Actor :(

That being said, I think Breaking Bad and House of Cards will clean up.
