Character themes are £1.79 each.
Its £0.89 for geometric themes.

Hmm seems to be priced at a reasonable cost. Although, I would have preferred some of the geometric/plain ones to be free and the character ones asking for a premium.

I assume they're full quality from the framebuffer, but I haven't checked. Can be used in-game as well

Yes, but you can only take screenshots of the home menu, and if a game is suspended, you can only take a screenshot of the bottom screen.

It sucks.
