After playing a video game for quite a long time and then suddenly it doesn't feel rewarding.
I'm not sure if it's just me or the game designers really suck at their job and the game doesn't feel engaging.
I'm playing Splatoon 3 and I feel like the game could have been better, it feels like a tedious grind and to customize gear in the game requires one to play the game in their schedule and not your own.
The Shell out machine for the gotcha rewards is crap if you saved a lot of coins only to feel disappointed by its rewards, which makes you depressed and think what's the point.
Destiny 2 is fucking shit and I uninstalled that game long ago and I watch this guy's review.
I'm thinking it's not me perhaps, but these game designers fucking suck at their job.
Instead of engaging me in the wheel with dollying out rewards, it feels bad, like they give me crumbs to chase, but the crumbs they leave are utter shit and there is no flavor.
There is no chase anymore. There isn't any reward or incentive. The game lacks fun, and instead becomes a chore, work, and laborious tedium.
Difficulty in the game is less of a challenge and more like an annoyance.
When will we get better game designers in game development? So much video game burnout, like holy shit. Every game now feels like a casino and store and less of a game.
I remember the good old days of Halo 3, the secrets, the vidmaster challenges, no battle passes, complete at launch, etc. Games now sell skins and shit and rehash the same game with very little effort.
Games suck now and I feel burned out.
