Nope, and I really didn't like the d-pad on the OG DS. Too flat and there wasn't much of a click, as far as I can remember.
I liked the D-Pad. I thought it was very clicky.

I played 999 on it just last month, and it was great.
Unfortunately, both screens are starting to get grey horizontal lines all over the place that are simply not going away. I have a 3DS now, but the best way to play DS games is still on the original DS line, because of the poor 3DS scaling.
Best way to play my old GBA games.

It always bugged me that you couldn't remap or clone the L and R buttons to X and Y for GBA games. As such I stick to my AGB-101.
No kidding just last week at work during my lunch break I saw someone playing a Sega Nomad.On more than one occasion in the past 5 years, I've seen people playing an OG Game Boy. People do pretty dumb stuff sometimes.
