Not sure how anyone could say Apocalypse. It's just absurd.
Apocalypse is actually pretty powerful
depending on which body he is using at the time. In his original appearances, he was pretty much indestructible. nothing could hurt him, kill him, or KO him- he waded through the combined assault of the Xmen and Inhumans combined like it wasn't even there, and was only killed by a plot device.
Since then (this was the mid 90s) they had him appearing in weakened, half-regenerated states, or inhabiting "host bodies" that were far, far weaker than the original. I haven't kept up with comics recently, but I believe he recently took possession of Stryfe's body, which from the beginning was designed to be the "perfect" vessel for him during the Messiah war event. if he's back up to his "classic" power levels, it could definitely be a fight.
Apocalypse has
every power under the sun, can invent more as he sees fit, and is sitting on an enormous cache of the most advanced technology in the marvel universe. He doubled the power of the hulk with it, powerdrained gods, and even used it to pull characters from alternate future timelines for his purposes. with prep it could get interesting, though personally I think Thanos is a better match.
Darkseid is written as a much more powerful character, capable of going head to head with the likes of Superman and Doomsday (and in the Marvel vs. DC crossover, Thanos. And in another one-shot, Galactus).
Apocalypse has proven himself equal to or stronger than the incredible hulk, beaten the high evolutionary head to head, and beat down and powerdrained Loki with no prep at all. All three are in the superman/doomsday league- and high evolutionary is arguably much more powerful.
Apocalypse was killed by Magneto in the Age of Apocalypse, and has been defeated by the likes of Stryfe (basically Cable) and Namor.
That apocalypse was from an alternate timeline- the loss isn't canon since we don't know what kind of body or powerlevels that version of apocalypse was using. It's also out of character to be torn in half and "killed" when you have the ability to detach your head from your body and fly it around the room at will.
I disagree.
