I'm willing to bet that the new Nano is much nicer in person, and that it's new width is not as big of an issue a lot of people think. Remember how many people thought the iPhone was too big in pictures too, then you hear a lot of people saying "It's smaller than I thought".

Oh, i'm sure it's tiny. Absolutely miniscule, which makes me wonder who was requesting watching videos on such a small screen (and i'm not getting "old" dammit!). The point for me is that it's more of a square, and i love the rectangular shape of the previous Nanos. The Nano was the first iPod ever to make me almost pull the trigger and buy one when it was announced. It was just perfect for me. Oh well, they can't please everyone.

Oh, I agree with you. I love my 2nd Gen Nano. I just think a lot of the complaints will die down when people see it in action. You know it'll be shit hot when it's in your hands. And I wouldn't want to watch video on that screen either, I have an iPhone, but it's the same resolution as the big boy iPods, so probably not bad at all.

It's sadly obvious they will have to gimp the iPod Touch in some way so that it doesn't cripple their other products.....low storage/high price seems to be the obvious way they'll do it, but here's hoping...
