It's still likely Z2E AI. AMD won't have any nextgen chips ready until Magnus AT4.

Could be Intel. Z2E AI won't necessarily be significantly faster. The price will be humongous either way.

Really? I've been running my Ally X at near 100% cpu for 24/7 for over a year (actually closer to 2 years), and it's going strong, just like the day I got it.

Same for my Asus gaming laptop, also running great (got it because I was so impressed with the Ally X in general).

Almost like with any PC brand there's always lemons. Although the original Ally had some pretty nasty flaws you couldn't get around too easily.

Edit: I'd probably be thrilled it happened in the first 11 months. That's a totally free replacement.

Honestly, unless the new device is an enormous upgrade, I very likely won't be giving up my Ally Z1E anytime soon. The thing is still an absolute monster, and is honestly the value king of the decade now.
