A couple months ago I saw this dude on the bus with nice expensive pants, shoes, shirt, tie, insurance company ID badge on his belt and a 4" hole in each ear:lol

I like tattoos if done well which is not often.
The whole piercing and ear gaging really are not my thing but eh, to each their own.

Yeah, I don't get what is so special about big earrings like that. I don't need a doorknob on each of my ears.

I am not into tattoos myself (I dont think I would ever get one), but I have a friend who is into them big time, and owns a tattoo place himself. He loves that people get tattoos to celebrate big moments in their life, and he spends a good amount of time trying to put unique tattoos together for people so they will have something they want (and not just have something out of a book).

He has went on many rants with people going in asking for tribal stuff, and "stupid lettering bullshit" just cause they saw another person or saw a celeb with something and they want to get it for fashion reasons instead of personal meaning. I have even seen him spend hours drawing stuff at night just because a person asked for something he was not experienced in, and wanted to make sure he could competently draw it beofre showing it to them and asking what they think.

I am not speaking for him, but I think he would very much approve of what Punk has got (most of him are stories from his life I think), and possibly die if he saw AJ's - the idea be great, but the execution would kill him. In fact, I will probably show it to him later :lol

Yeah, I hate tribal tattoos, and letters are always stupid IMO, specially the name of your wife/GF like the case of Undertaker neck tattoo.

If I ever get a tattoo, is going to be one of those Japanese tattoos, those are art: (NSFW)

Yeah those giant AJ letters are absurd, but at least it' no penis sword or that horrible hart thing steiner has got going on.

This match saw Funk return to Memphis as Jimmy Hart's hired gun in an attempt to take out Lawler once and for all and what proceded was a crazy brawl as Funk tried to re-break Lawler's leg.

Nothing wrong with tattoos as long as they're tasteful. There are some people I've seen IRL that just make me go WTF when I look at their tattoos. AJ's don't look too bad, especially if those are the dates of his children's births. Plus, the whole AJ tattoo goes with his present character.

I was thinking earlier, we know there's going to be a big heel turn coming up at Summer Fest. It would be like the WWE to reveal the traitor to be Runjin Singh. Dude's already threatened to turn once about a month ago. Would make more sense than Cena :lol

Just finished watching CHIKARA's Chikarasaurus Rex show from last week - it's crazy being able to watch a indy show on DVD half way across the world just a week after the event, huge kudos to CHIKARA & SmartMarkVideo.com for getting this out so quick.

The show's probably of CHIKARA's best this year, not a bad match from top to bottom - I really enjoyed Amazing Kong & Raisha Saeed vs Daizee Haze & Sarah Del Rey, which was just a fun tag match culminating in Daizee (who looks like a stick insect with muscles) managing to German Suplex Kong! Crazy. SHINGO vs Equinox was a lot of fun, but it's almost impossible to get SHINGO over as a heel in the US (even when he resorts to trying to remove Jimmy's mask, which is an instant DQ in CHIKARA) and the opening match of the BDK vs The Colony was just an insane 8-man sprint with too many spots to call. Then there's the main event - everyone should go out of their way to watch this one; Quackenbush, Jigsaw & Hallowicked vs Masato Yoshino, Naruki Doi & BxB Hulk, these guys put on a hell of a show and go at a blistering pace for a good 16 minutes or so. Hulk looks weird bald (after he lost a Hair vs Hair match against SHINGO from the recent Dragon Gate PPV, which was an easy MOTYC).

If by crazy you mean ridiculously stupid, then I agree.

Can you imagine being 75 year old telling your grandchildren why you put a portrait of a wrestler involved in a match where the ending is predetermined why he was so great?

People like this give wrestling fans its negative stereotype.

I would say attitudes like this does more to hurt wrestling communities more than anything else.

Don't get me wrong, I've been a wrestling fan for 30 years. Whether you like it or not, there is a negative stereotype by being a fan.

For whatever reason, its viewed as nonsensical, despite it being no different than somebody being a fan of their favorite television show.

One of my best friends is a huge wrestling fan but he's 37 and wonders why he's single all the time. The dude has 6 different wwe entrance themes cds in his changer in his truck that he listens to ad nauseum and nothing else. He talks wrestling all the time when we go to lunch quoting the rock and stone cold and ric flair.

It's a secret to nobody as to why he's single. He can't tone it down.

Doesn't matter whether he wins or loses, as long as there's a good match behind it. God, that sounded like some inspirational poster.

Wade Barrett vs. Edge will be good. And it's nice to see a potentially quality Divas match with Natalya and Gail Kim wrestling.
