Let be one of the few to say I liked the music...so haters gonna hate. But regardless, game looks awesome.
I am going to assume this is not a real time trailer right ? Because it looks like a cg to me
Cool, where's the rest of it?
I would't call anything in this trailer "bursting with colour".
Ha, 10?
More like 20+
And every one is enthralling and fascinating

Cool, thanks.
Just for curiosity sake, what's up with Hardline?
It's just wrong... it's wrong! /cartman voice
Too much to cover to be honest. But just take people's advice. BF4 is the real deal, and still the best shooter this gen to date with TitanFall up there too. But BF4 has a ton of content and support.
Since it wont be 1080p on consoles according to DICE, its going to be aiming at 60 most likely

Looks amazing. Hope they're considering WW2 as well.
in-engine.
They said it is all in game!
Seriously. At least the Medal of Honor was inspired by Saving Private Ryan and suchThe tone of that trailer, the music rendition and the setting oh how I view WW1 are on polar opposites. Like WW2 is a setting that usually has an air of respect levied to it. Maybe they were just following hollywoods queue there. But to go all out "war f-yea!" For WW1 is bizarre to me.
It doesn't bother me in a COD or a fake conflict. But when you do this for a real event it bugs me

Lol, WW1 "boring"wow dude, when people kept saying WW games i kept imagining something boring (though the ones from back then were good but not good enough for today standards, personally speaking) but this was epic as fuck and the conquest version of this looks fucking mindblowing with the crazy stuff i love about the battlefield games (specially conquest mode)
you got my attention
There's also a stronger focus on melee combat, Berlin said. In fact, DICE designed the hand-to-hand combat from the ground up for Battlefield 1, complete with a bayonet-charge ability, sabers, trench clubs, and even shovels
Why do people hate the name. It's World War 1, hence Battlefield 1. Are people not getting this?
Unm real time ?
Yeah, there's never been a Battlefield 1 either. It works on a few levels.

Sounds pretty awesome actually.
It's essentially CG made using the game's assets and cutscene tools.
Well, there's one part that's clearly gameplay, which is the gif in the OP.
To be fair, the goldmine with past wars are the many untold stories to tell and the unique fronts. Not the "enemy types"

This, for the first big budget WW game ever?
I'm hoping the campaign is a bit more mature
Jackfrags vid. Saw some behind the scenes footage and can share some,

Usual Dice nonsense.
Explosions... Vehicles destroying players expecting a first person shooter
Every damn time
It says "open beta" in the thread title, but no open beta info in OP..... :/
That's a Henna tattoo, but we never had Henna designs on the face, not on males.
Lol even that gif doesnt look real time gameplay to me . But yeah now it make sense. CG with game assets
