Yes, but given this thread at least somewhat exists to speculate if this means a potential port to other systems (not happening), it's somewhat acceptable to do here. Now if you start going into like LTTP threads and do it you might have a problem.

They're talking about it like it's still coming out.

I'm not getting how it's on consumers to somehow convince themselves the console is worth buying instead of Nintendo. If the console wasn't a wasteland for anything that isn't a Nintendo published title it might have done a little better. The Wii U was terrible value proposition for your average console owner and the sales reflect that. Unfortunately Nintendo isn't making the games that appeal to the current market regardless of anyone's opinion on the quality of the existing Wii U library.
 
I love the argument "everything should be ported for more people to enjoy the games" when almost every port and remaster ever sold less than the original version. The people out there don't usually care for old games, especially for games that were never that popular to begin with.

I remember people saying the same about xenoblade back on the Wii, then it got ported on the 3ds, a console with lots of succesful rpgs just for it to sell much less than the original.

Bayonetta 2 is good and i think it will be ported for the nx. I don't know if that will make people happy though, since "more people enjoying" usually means "more people on that specific platform enjoying".
 
Yeah, they are fighting Father Rodin on Twitch and losing badly. I remember getting a pure platinum on Father Rodin in the first game by cheesing the crap out of him.
 
Fuck he was living there on pixel health for nearly a minute before Rodin hit him.

This game is so much better when you don't have those shit-tier enemies that just cancel witch-time or bounce your attacks

It's a value decision. You see the library and make your decision. The average console owner doesn't give a shit about any of these games anyways. All they want is Madden, FIFA, NBA2K, Assassins Creed, and GTA.

Nintendo could pump a billion in marketing but as long as those five games don't exist, casuals aren't going to buy the console. However this thread isn't about casuals, it's about the enthusiasts that come in here and port beg constantly about a game that didn't exist before Nintendo came in and saved it from not existing.

I don't consider emulation "coming to PC" and "regardless" sounds like a veiled threat of piracy.

Or they can act like this is a message forum and rightfully point out that it's a terrible value proposition to buy a Wii U for the one game they are genuinely interested in.

And they can be rightfully called out for their asinine tantrums. I don't know about taste but I certainly am the arbiter of not shitting myself in the face of exclusive games.
