I know this might sound a bit crazy but I feel like the action in John Wick is the best gunplay I have seen in any movie since the Matrix. Incredible Choreography.
Seriously, I can think of five scenes from that movie right now that are better than anything I've seen this year.
I thought it was incredibly out of place. It was beautifully shot but the tone didn't match the rest of the film.
Funny, that's the scene where I decided that the movie just wasn't for me.
Are these supposed to be bad things? Because that's exactly why I love that scene. I was laughing the entire time. It was the stupidest, most over-the-top scene in a movie this year, probably one of the stupidest, most over-the-top scenes in any movie ever, and it was wonderful.

This entire fight sequence is just hilarious and amazing
I've been supremely disappointed in movies this year. Whiplash was a saving grace of 2014, that movie blew me away.
The movie itself isn't for everyone, but Elisabeth Moss had some fantastic scenes in Queen of Earth. This one in particular where she just lays into her neighbor during dinner made me physically feel uncomfortable. She just doesn't stop.

The Walk: Entire World Trade Center set up and the actual walk itself. Expertly executed.
Mad Max Fury Road: Sandstorm chase, nighttime sniping/crow scene, motorcycle chase, whatever. Take your pick
Beasts of No Nation: Taking The Bridge. Incredible. Top notch stuff. There are probably 2 more scenes I can mention, but just watch the movie.
Straight Outta Compton: No Vaseline. Hilarious.
Victoria: From the parking garage to the club, and all that happens in between.
Blackhat: Tunnel/dock shootout, among others. Michael Mann's sound design, choreography, framing, and lethality continue to make for some of my favorite action scenes.

I know I forgot a bunch, and still have a lot to see, but these came to mind.
It was great but so frustrating too. What a fucking asshole. Probably biggest asshole in cinema history.
Props for the Blackhat love. Here's another great one from near the end (spoilers)

Banshee spoiler, probably one of the greatest fight scenes ever recorded.

I haven't seen Sicario, but if you put Inside Out in 3 from the scene OP listed you'd have my top 3 in no particular order. All 3 are amazing.1.- Mad Max: Fury Road

2.- Kingsman

3.- Sicario
(Spoiler redacted)
Even though Spotlight is one of the best I've seen this year, I don't think I could pick out an individual scene. They're all good, but very understated and work as a cohesive whole.
lol...that scene is so shitty. hemsworth is looking in the same direction those guys came from and he didn't see 6 cars come, men got out with all kinds of guns, one of them pulled out a rocket launcher or whatever and shot it...those men prob took a few mins to set up yet it was total surprise for mr hemsworth and the chick...and lol at those other two characters standing out in the open with their handguns vs half a dozen machine guns..i swear no one in Hollywood has any logic when they write/direct.
Which one?Surprised with all the Creed mentions, no one mentioned the excellent montage.
When Sasha confronts that one priest and he rationalizes his molestation!

-The church scene and the sequence when KC & The Sunshine Band song playing in Kingsman.
