damn, is that andy richter?

While I enjoy watching the occasional episode of Family Feud, I have a hard time finding it all that hilarious. The sexual lines always seem very forced/fake.

Typically Harvey gets a smile out of me, as he pulls it off well. The contests, however, sound like they are reading straight off the card most of the time.

Playing along with friends/family is pretty fun though.

Man those Family Feud pictures had me rolling. I watch the show if I see it on from time to time Steve makes that show. So good.

Yeah, I was watching Family Feud last night and couldn't believe that she couldn't come up with an answer to get 18 pts. Could have said "8" (out of 10), "work" (place you constantly check watch), "fly" (loud insect), "Shake" (belly action), and "debt" (married couples deep in...). Pretty sure anyone of those answers would have given her 18 pts.

Anyway, here is one of my favorite moments from the show from the 1970s. Richard Dawson (the host) completely loses it after a contestant's really funny answer:

The Steve Harvey version has pretty much altered to the formula to a Match Game or Hollywood Squares-type comedy "game show". Previous incarnations were more straightforward games.

Yeah, she dropped the ball pretty hard on that one, but I probably would have done the same. All of those questions had super obvious "best" answers, and I imagine it'd be pretty hard to come up with another on the fly when the best answer is already on your mind.

Family Feud time!

Holy shit, these all slew me.

Golden Balls: Split or Steal.

Don't read the comments if you don't want to ruin the ending. There are two ways it can go really, see if you can guess which one of them fucks the other over.

Basically the Prisoner's Dilemma in game show form. It is just... brutal.

Wasn't "Happy" a dwarf? I think that'd be a safe answer.

Looked it up, and you're right. Though I imagine "Grumpy" and/or "Dopey" were the first ones to come to their minds. lol

That was excruciating. Jesus. I thought for sure that
they would both end up stealing
. The actual result was way worse. :/

Man, those comments are awful
but I do sorta sympathize with the man. Although I haven't seen the rest of the episode so I have no idea how the girl was supposedly screwed earlier.

That show is brutal. I don't think I'd ever willingly go on a show where I could be put in that kind of position.

Family Feud is a god-tier game show!

There used to be a free online, real-time Family Feud game on uproar.com. I used to play the hell out of this in college. My two roommates and I would each log on our computers and play the game from our rooms. We'd then collaborate by yelling out answers we thought of. By the end of the game, one or more of us was usually in the top 10 scores for that game (against like 100 players). We were so proud.

If anyone walked in the house during this, they'd be so confused... they would just hear us yelling out random words. PIANO! SUITCASE! BATMAN!

Perfect game to play when bored. That and motherfucking Curveball. Holy shit Curveball was fun.

I watched a family feud compilation and one from ages ago where they asked what month a person starts showing when pregnant, and she said September. The host practically collapsed in laughter for the next five mintutes and was useless for the next person being questioned

edit; Found it! Don't think I've ever laughed so much

A meltdown doesn't always have to be someone who loses control or freaks out. In some cases it's also synonymous with "choking" or "blowing a lead" in sports terminology.

She didn't choke though. It seems like she let down her guard after knowing that she only needed 18 points. She made a mistake, but she didn't have a meltdown.

Welp, I just had 3 people look into my office to wonder why I was cracking up so hard

I won't lie, it took me a bit to realize what was so funny about her answer.

Family Feud time!
Steve Harvey's insane guests*

I got about a quarter of the way through this post, thinking there can't be anymore, it an't go on...

I'm sitting in a library trying not to laugh, with tears running down my face. I cannot believe this.
