Biggest meltdown on a game show ever?

I have never seen a single episode of Family Feud but I just spent the last 30 mins laughing uncontrollably, oh man.

Granted, I don't know the circumstances surrounding the shows, and of course there was no heartfelt appeal before the choice in one of them (which made the impact much more dramatic), but still.

I know the girl only needed 18 points, but the questions asked were really shit questions with just one good answer, which she guessed a couple of them. Seems like it was set up for someone to fail after coming so close with there being only one good answer for so many of the questions.
 
Steve Harvey is the best.

If I put it on Family Feud and anyone else is hosting, I immediately change the channel.
 
The Family Feud images/gifs are out of this world. I had no idea the show took off like that.

I need to see the video of the jiggling breasts scene. I want to know what Steve says there.

always pick steal. Worst comes worst, the person that wants to screw you over doesn't get anything either and should you win you can still split after the show

The other video with the two guys was a great tactic I thought. Tell them straight up you're going steal and it puts all the pressure on them. Most people won't risk calling you out on it if you act confident enough.

An American sportswriter wrote about this recently, which is where I saw both for the first time. That whole show just seems excessively cruel. Totally watchable, but insanely cruel.
 
That first golden balls video made me sad. I can somewhat understand the woman since she said she got burned before, but it did little to soften the blow. That guy's reaction was devastating.
 
Those new family feud videos seem super fake to me. Like the producers got everyone together and rehearsed those big moments before hand, and the reactions from the host seem ultra overplayed. Some people don't care because everything on tv is scripted and fake, but it just really takes me out of it.

Nah, I'm with you.

If nothing else, a lot of the questions seem to be written specifically to elicit those kinds of responses, which makes them less spontaneous and funny.

it was incredibly foolish to trust her. Like I said before, steal is the only real option unless you really want to rely on luck

I remember seeing some video where he just said a stream of awful things in interviews like that he wouldn't ever associate with atheists and not so subtly implying gay men weren't "real men". I feel there was some shitty stuff about women as well but I can't remember it exactly. Something about sports.

Those feud questions seem intentionally setup to bait vulgar answers.

"We asked 100 people to finish this sentence, I want to suck your hard, long, thick _____"

"Uh, p-p-penis! Omg!"

"Oh shit she said penis on tv!!!!! Get your mind out if the gutter this is family show!"
