haha good point, I was about to post something similar. Whoever thinks women rulers wouldn't start wars doesn't know history. Women are pretty good conquerors in every sense of the word, they know how to pull the right strings behind the scenes and conquer land, minds and hearts (that's what their innate "diplomatic" skills are about, not necessarily to keep peace). And not only queens, throughout history many women were the ones pulling the strings behind the male rulers. Geishas are a good example, they were not only fancy escorts, they were highly educated in order to be able to talk one on one with shoguns and other leaders, almost as experts in military strategy, business, art and other topics as the rulers themselves. Now imagine women with such intelligence, with their network of other geishas as support and advisers, just deciding the faith of the kingdom and subtly manipulating the shoguns to do their bid. We can see this type of social dynamics even in our close relatives like chimpanzees, we think they function as patriarchies but when you look closer and analyse the behavior you can see the amount of power females have, almost the power to put and expel alpha males as they wish. But they are smart and they play the submissive roles and stay behind the scenes.

How many times do you have to hear "hurrr durrr cheeto dick with tiny hands is gonna bang his daughter while Putin films and puts it behind a wall on the internet gonna be yuuuuuge hurrrr durrrr" before it gets old? Good comedians aren't doing Trump jokes because it's low hanging fruit and why would you want to do the same shit everyone else is doing when you can do something else and actually be original. True. But this only makes them smarter than everyone else. Feudalism era has its own rules. One of them was that being peaceful was huge fucking mistake.

I finally got to watching this.

First time actually sitting down and viewing a Burr show, and I completely get it.

Much like the Chappelle show, this was actual comedy, not morally culpable, careful philosophy and ideology affirmation masquerading as it, but no-holds-barred, offensive, only goal is to make you laugh and have fun, comedy.

Much like the Chappelle show, it was so much fun as a result. I miss this. This used to be what every comedian, nay society itself, did. Just had fun, without overanalyzing every single last thing, and without people on absolute edge, taking everything as an affront.
