CAG compiled a nice list of all the Black Friday ads that have begun leaking out. Didn't see a thread yet.

Tons of stuff, but I just pulled the more interesting hardware bundles.
That CC $199 Xbox 360 deal below is awesome (my launch 360 won't die).

Best Buy
Xbox 360 Pro 60GB Holiday Bundle with Tony Hawk Proving Ground & NBA 2k9 $299.99
Playstation 3 80GB w/ Ratchet & Clank & Casino Royale Blu-ray $399.99 (door buster)

Circuit City
Xbox 360 60 GB Pro Holiday Bundle + $30 Gift Card $299.99
Xbox 360 Arcade Holiday Bundle + 20GB HD & Wireless Controller $199.99

Dell
Xbox 360 Arcade Holiday Bundle w/Rock Band 2 Game - $199.00

Radio Shack
Xbox 360 Pro 60GB Hoilday Bundle + $50 pre-paid card via mail in rebate $299.99

Target
Xbox 360 60GB Pro Holiday Bundle with $60 Gift Card $299.99

Walmart
Xbox 360 Arcade Holiday Bundle w/free Guitar Hero III + Wireless Guitar $199

Check out that list (http://www.cheapassgamer.com/?f=524), and pull out anything else that seems really good. There's too much to sift through, heh.

Really good deal. I would tell my friend to go get this if there were any Circuit Citys near me that wernt closing.

Goddamn, some of these 360 deals are amazing. If you could buy them today, or buy them without having to camp forever in front of stores, I'd buy them...

Reading over the CAG list, this really stood out to me:

You win this round, Radio Shack.

Nice. now I have to make it to Radio Shack as well. Hopefully they don't sell out by then.

Is that the newest release of Casino Royale or the older one? That's not a bad deal if it's the new one.

While that CC Xbox 360 bundle is fucking nice, and there's a couple other good deals, for the most part I think all of the Black Friday ads have leaked, and they've been largely disappointing. I thought they'd really go all out this year, especially to draw in customers with the economy, but excluding that 360 bundle (I already have a 360), there's nothing that compels me to get out there that morning. Was hoping for some better deals on TV's then is happening apparently.

You'd be better off just buying a TV online. I was disappointed too but found some nice HDTVs below $800 so I can wait it out and buy one in December.

Nice! Radio Shack will be selling DS3 controllers for $30! I need to pick up a second one. Thanks for posting!

They are also selling a 4 gig MSPro Duo card for $20.

yeah it seems like the circuit city and target deals for the xbox360 are the best, considering the gift card that comes with it and the games that are also on sale for it that day. i think circuit city had dead rising and bioshock, while target had dead space.

I'm very tempted to buy that. After going with a DS3, I cannot go back to a SIXAXIS.

I know it's a members only store, but Sam's Club has an absurd deal on Wiis. $224 for a Wii with two bonus Wii Remotes, two bonus Nunchuks, Mario Super Sluggers, and King of Clubs Mini-Golf. Even paying $50 membership you would still come out way ahead.

That CC 360 deal might be enough for me to jump back in.

There's also a ridiculous deal on the Wii at....... crap, Walmart? check bfads.net

$224 gets you:

Wii console + Wii Sports
3 controllers + 3 nunchucks
Mario Super Sluggers
other Wii game

Sam's Club, but you should expect to camp out overnight for that kind of deal.

I think that $224 price was a mistake (the bundle is $400+)

Those deals are not that great for Black Friday. When the 60GBs came out, you could buy the 20GB Pro bundle for $200, so that deal doesn't seem all that special at this point. A $50 at best value is not worth busting your nuts for.

edit: oh wait...so it ends up coming with an extra controller. That's not too shabby then. I'd jump on it if I was in the States.

Why is this marked with an asterisk? I may bite on this.

I referred to it right above, sorry: "That CC $199 Xbox 360 deal*"
It is not a doorbuster. I removed it.

Damnit. I really want a PS3, but none of these deals interest me! Damn PS3 exclusives that I want...If only Sony went third party I could pick up a 360

Unless I'm reading wrong, it says $445

Yeah it'd be pretty frustrating looking for PS3 deals. Up here in Canada, we don't even get deals on crappy games hardly. The only thing I've seen is VF5 for $15 I think. You guys are at least getting the $15 Folklore deals at Target and whatnot.

The Walmart deal last week was really good.

A friend's been asking when to buy his son a 360 arcade. For sure he'll now jump in on one of the deals coming. He doesn't have internet access so I think he won't mind if I approach him about trading hard drives, My 20 Gig for his 60,they game about maybe 5 times a year really. How much do you guys think I should give him towards his larger hard drive though? What do you think? I have no idea what the hell these drives go for, give me an idea whats a fair offer for both he and I. Keep in mind he isn't loosing much since he will never come close to using it and has no plans for internet access ever.

Both the Target and CC deals look pretty good to me. I'm leaning more towards the Target deal, but it depends on how brave I'm feeling to venture out on Black Friday.

Waiting out in the cold in the early AM for cheap stuff versus sleeping in a warm bed...decisions decisions...

Conan $9.99 - Circuit City

If anyone hasn't played this game and enjoyed god of war, i couldn't recommend it more. It plays exactly like god of war except with better combat and more gore. Story / presentation are awful and don't compare to gow but i came in knowing that. It's all about the fun combat and so worth the 10 bucks. Guaranteed...

I like reading about Black Friday deals, but the reality is I'd gladly pay a $100 premium to shop on any other day.

Well, the 60 gig comes in a pack with three months of live, a cheap headset, and an ethernet cable for $99. Subtract that stuff (maybe 5 for the headset, 5 for the cable, 15 for live) and you get $74. and you The 20 gig costs vary, but that MSFT buyout offer had them for $29.99 IIRC.

So your offer should be maybe 45-55 dollars to be fair, or less if you want to scam him.

No I'm not gonna con him. He's been a life long friend, those are hard to come by.
But anyways wow, I had no idea the 60 GB package came with all that stuff. Youre estimate sounds about right, which is in the neighborhood of what I'm willing to pay anyways. I can unload the rest of his stuff for him here in the buy/trade/sell thread. I just wanted to get an idea from you guys what my offer should be,thanks for the info.

Some crazy deals in there. Lots to be had. Hopefully there are some nice deals right after Chrismas as well as that is when I'm picking up a 360 for the nephew.
