I still can't buy the digital distribution version of Diablo 2 from the store. I keep getting an error that says "your transaction cannot be processed at this time."
ANYONE else having this irritating problem?
Call me when Steam works on macs. Until that's the case, the blizzard store is still required.

Thats so silly! I added SC, WC3, WC3X, LoD, and purches D2... I have every CD right here except D2, and D2 is the only one thats not available for download!?
Blizz really need to get thisone together before I'm convinsed! Spendt way too much time and money here allready! >=(

Hell, I didn't even know I OWNED SC. For the past 2 years, I've been telling people that I didn't. I must have picked up the SC Battle Chest real cheap somewhere, but I clearly never played it, as the box wasn't open! Hahahaha. So cool!
Edit - Oh. Pity, they won't accept WoW or WoW BC...
Edit 2 - Wow. I think my copy of D2 is European, as I was living in Israel at the time. It allowed me to register it as a US copy though. Awesome sauce.

I had to "add game" with the key from my European account, it showed an error, then displayed it anyway on the Games page. It even let me download the correct language (enGB).

EDIT: actually, if you still have the enGB Blizzard downloader file, could you just upload that somewhere and give me the link? That'll save me waiting until they fix this "not available" issue.

So three days now without a verification mail. Even tried to change to another e-mail.

OK, for future reference and to save people reading that whole battle.net thread here is what I did to make it work:
Log in to Blizzard account normally.
Go to Preferences.
Change language to "English (US)".
Save Preferences.
Closed the page.
Went to browser language settings and changed it from "British English (en-gb)" to "English (en)". ("English (en-us)" should work as well).
Went to cookies and deleted all Blizzard-related cookies.
Went to www.blizzard.com/store and was successfully able to log in and grab the game downloader.
Changed language in Blizzard account preferences back to "English (EU)".
Changed browser language back to "British English (en-gb)".
Log in to Blizzard account normally.
Go to Preferences.
Change language to "English (US)".
Save Preferences.
Closed the page.

Has anyone encountered troubles running Diablo 2 on a intel Macbook? My version just won't start up, it pops up in the program bar, but disappears a second after.

WoW and BC both have digital download, and BC supports upgrading and activation through digital download. Not sure about activating WoW through DD though. but if you already have a valid WoW account created then you can DD the entire game and even grab the expansion(s) through DD.Mejilan said:

My CD's are scratched so I go to Blizzard's store and enter my CD key for Diablo II and the expansion. I download them and go to install and it's asking for a 26 character CD-key. My case only has a 16 character CD-key so it's saying it's invalid.
I put in a support request to Blizzard a couple of days ago and have no response. Anyone else having this problem and got it resolved? I'd love to hear the solution.

I pressed the wrong language when I registered one of my d2-keys. Now I cant seem to change it, and I cannot remove it. Tried registering a new d2-key, but it told me to register it on another account since I already had one registered.

The DD versions of the game seem to be different. Different meaning that I can't download D2 , install, and then try to use LoD CD. LoD won't recongnize that D2 is even installed.
I wouldn't even bother installing from disc if you don't already have it installed. DD=NOCD means it is automatically better.Zzoram said:

The DD version is superior to the CD version as it includes all the patches up to and including 1.12A and doesn't require you to do any mucking about with MPQ files. You have to use the DD version with the DD keys though, your 16-character CD key gets converted into a new format one which can be viewed by clicking that "[View Game Key]" link.
